Q: Is the flapper for 2 inch toilets?

The flapper is a standard size. I am not sure what part of the flapper is two inches. The rod to the float ball thing was too long, so I used the rod and float ball from my original stuff since they were in okay shape. My problem of a leak was resolved with the repair kit parts.

depends on how high your water pressure is it takes two min on 45 lbs pressure I timed it for you

Thank you for your interest in Danco products and for your inquiry. The fill valve in model number 80816 should NOT be submerged. A taller fill valve or a fill valve designed to be submerged, such as Danco model number 80008, might work better in your toilet.

Q: My toilet is a slow flusher have to hold handle down for 5 seconds for a complete flush will this make it so I can press without holding it down

This is a standard flush. Push the handle all the way down and it will do it's thing.
