DublinEvolution Lace Front Paddock Boots

I have been buying Ariat paddock boots for years and they seem to be getting cheaper and wearing out quicker. I went all out and bought the top of the line Ariat paddock boot thinking it would last longer and the sole be stronger, over $200, and in 2 months it ripped out at the ball of the foot. They feel like bedroom slippers, especially on the sole, in a couple weeks. I decided to try the Dublins. When I had tried them on before in a store they seemed stiff. Well, that must be a good sign, they were a bit stiff the first half a day but the more I wear them the more they feel like a supportive shoe and not bedroom slippers. I do a lot of ground work so I need a supportive shoe and yet I need a good riding boot (I ride dressage) too. I'm happy to say the Dublins do!!! I won't ever buy Ariat boots again!

These boots are beautiful, and made of high-quality, supple leather. I really wanted to love them - but though the foot bed was incredibly comfortable, the toe seam landed in an uncomfortable spot for me. Also, instead of traditional boot laces, they arrived with a thin, coated elastic in the eyelets. Unfortunately as soon as I put the boot on and flexed my foot, the elastic (which was apparently not knotted on the inside of the eyelet) immediately popped out of the first few holes - and I was unable to re-lace the boot. I really wanted to love these, as they are both stylish and high-quality, but I needed them right away and couldn't hassle with trying to fix or find laces - plus was afraid the toe seam wouldn't stretch the way I'd need it to. Back they go!

Always had Ariats and decided to look into alternatives as I have a hard time finding a boot due to my high arch. I tried a few ariats but they were too tight. The boot is nice and extremely comfortable. Ordered the brown and loved the look, but it was way too big! I ordered a 7 but it was like at least half a size too large. It also has a roomy toe. I returned it, but would will consider in a smaller size as I love the zipper in the back. Just order half a size down.

Recommend for quality and Style.Difficult lace . needed to relace to try for fit then relace to return, ordered half size larger than I wear but too small.

These are easy to get on and it is a loose fit which is what I wanted in order to wear socks. I have to wear arch supports in my shoe which makes boots hard to get on without a zipper. These are great.

I love these boots because the foot bed is so comfortable. I think my feet would be happy in stirrups inside these boots for countless hours. I like the front lace with the back zip because it gives space for my instep. They do seem to run a half-size large.

The inside of this boot was comfortable with excellent padding. Ordered 1/2 size up to accommodate winter socks and was too large . Not real lace ups for better ankle support.

Habe mir diese tollen Stiefeletten gegönnt, und bin voll und ganz überzeugt. Die Sohle mit dem Memory-Schaum ist einfach toll, man steht hervorragend in den Steigbügeln. Die Knöchel werden wunderbar unterstützt durch die Seitenwand Stabilisierung, so das man ideal abfedern kann. Der Reißverschluss lässt sich ganz easy schließen und öffnen, und das Leder fühlt sich super an. Dachte nicht das es so einen Unterschied machen kann , aber die Stiefeletten sind schlicht und einfach der Wahnsinn.

Lovely soft leather, bought for my daughter who tried them in a shop before for size. Size 5,fits as it should.

Just over two months of wear in (2-3 times a week), the zip split apart as I flexed my ankle, leaving the slider completely stuck at the top. Had to remove foot by unravelling the elasticated laces at the front.The zip aside, I was really happy with these: very comfortable sole, smart design, wide enough in the toes. Now wondering what he solution to the zip problem is: another brand at twice the price?

The boot looks really good. It has a zipper fastening at the back which makes getting it on and off easier - this combined with the elasticated lace front and an elasticated press-stud strap around the back of the ankle mean that it feels very well fitted when it is on. The rounded toe has a lot of room, so no squashed toes. The boot has an elegant but functional look.
