Sonoma Vinyl Tablecloth - 52" x 70" Oblong Vanilla

This is aesthetically pleasing, as far as vinyl tablecloths go (because, well, it's a vinyl tablecloth--enough said), but the smell...whew. I was accosted by the strong chemical scent the second I pulled it out of the packaging. Take heart, however--the smell quickly dissipates within a day or so. Overall, though the tablecloth is a bit thin for my taste, it appears to be a quality product that will do the job.

The vinyl is lighter weight than others I've had but as I'm using it indoors it will be fine. However, I was surprised at the strong odor of plastic! It was overwhelming to the point I had to open it all the way & hang it outdoors for 2 days before bringing it indoors again.

Had a strong smell once I removed it from the packaging, like a pool float, but went away overnight. Nice design. Doesn’t look cheap. Sturdy and stays on the table.

Really liked this tablecloth, however, 2nd day on my table it got a tear in it and it wasn't close to where anyone sat.

This works great, it's heavy and thick. I'm not sure about the other reviews that claim it's flimsy, but it's about the same weight as the one the dog tore a hole in (before he learned not to table-surf) that we got from Target. That one lasted four years before that, I expect this one will last a lot longer. It's obviously not going to be haute decor but works great for the years with the messy kid learning to eat.

I have had these before. They last much longer than others that I have gotten from big box type stores. The color doesn't come off and they are sturdy and do a good job of protecting my table from the daily use it gets.

Good tablecloth for the price. Waterproof vinyl with felt backing to protect the table top. If you have kids, this is a good everyday tablecloth.

Like the color and texture of this tablecloth, but I expected it to be a bit more substantial. It is made of very think material and I fear that it won't last long.
