Great customer service. This cart is small but exactly perfect for a small apt kitchen. It is exactly the correct size for mine and I love the 360 very moveable casters. Great little item. I use the wire racks for potatoes and onions, etc. the drawers are really small and the most flimsy of bottoms - will hold some spatulas and other similar items. I will keep the large bulky ones in my kitchen drawers where they are now but this will hold smaller items and free up some of the other drawers. I plan on putting a solid shelf over the wine rack to store other drink bottles and cans- which is what I will put on the other shelves.All-in-all a really nice rolling kitchen storage cart.

I needed something to keep beside my recliner with storage space for sewing, yarn, books, etc. This is the right height, the wheels make for easy moving to clean under, and the bottle rack is good for other things than bottles, such as a craft bag or box. Plus the 2 drawers for small items such as charging cables, nail files, notepads. . . Unlike the well-known assemble-yourself furniture, this is real wood, sturdy, with an attractive and easy to clean tile top. This cart is just what I wanted.

The quality of material is very poor. Some wood drawer pieces are cracked. We had to glue and staple them. The bottoms of the drawers are literally paper thin and veneers are peeling off. Holes for the drawer handles are not aligned for the screws. Screws were not made of hard enough metal and stripped out. Instruction is terrible. VERY BAD product.

Missing pieces unable to assemble cart also some pieces not cut right size like drawer bottoms thin as a sheet of paper . Grouting on tile missing . Waste of time and $. Seller refunded after waiting for repackaging and return . This item should not be allowed to be sold on Amazon .
