Most Amazing Shoes EVER!!!! And I Don't Ballroom Dance!
It only took 37 yrs but I finally found the perfect dress shoe and I don't know why it didn't occur to me sooner! These shoes fit perfectly right out of the box! They have a very pillowy sole, the straps are positioned in just the right areas to ensure they don't dig into your skin. I really love the clasp of these shoes, quick on, quick off, but looks like every fancy shoe clasp. I have had multiple hip surgeries and a fractured femur, so heels and me don't usually get along anymore, but I have worn these shoes on two separate occasions and for at least 4 hrs at a time, and amazingly not once did my feet start to hurt! My toes never felt bunched up, the ball of my feet, where I usually get the most pain from heels felt like I was wearing my slippers. Every time I have worn these I always make sure to tell any woman who will listen about how comfortable these shoes are and how nice it is that the outter sole is lined to cut down on movement noise. NEVER again will I purchase regular dress shoes, ballroom shoes give you the beauty of a classy shoe, the comfort of a sneaker and the fun that you should be having instead of whining over foot pain. It's time to enjoy getting dolled up again Ladies!

Horrible Shoes-Tight in the toe area (blister city) and slides on heel. Do not use "Dance for Less" vendor-Correction to Vendor
These shoes are terrible and they cut into your toes. Also do not try them from the vendor "Dance for Less" this vendor had terrible customer service. I bought these hoping to have comfortable shoes for my wedding because I love to dance. I tried them on once and tried to wear around the house but the straps just are in the wrong spots on the toes and these would have caused blisters. I was a few days from my wedding and ended up realizing I was not going to be able to use these shoes at all (thank god I did not bc would have been blister city). Once wedding was over I finally had a chance to breath and requested return authorization from "Dance for Less" vendor since I had never been able to wear these for my wedding they should have accepted the return, right? Well "Dance for Less" is not very fine. They refused the return under the comment that it was barely past the return period date. I could understand this more if I had been able to wear them and if I had not been planning a wedding but I explained this to them and they did not care abut their customer. Do not use "Dance for Less" if you do want to try these shoes. There are several other vendors who I'm sure would have been way more understanding and customer friendly. I am super disappointed with this third party vendor "Dance for Less" and I think Amazon should ban them from being a third party vendor especially if they are not going to give any consideration to their customers. These shoes were made poorly and dig into your toes but slide on the hills. I did my research and I did have the right size a 7.5 because if a 7.5 was tight on my toes then a 7 would have been even worse but maybe I would not have had slide issues in the 7 but the toes area would have been even worse. The reason "Very Fine Shoes" should have accepted a return is because 1 I never got to wear these and 2 the quality of these shoes and comfort was horrible. Hope this helps other amazon customers not get had by the vendor "Dance for Less"

Good, affordable basic dance shoe for a beginner like me
Please look at sizing. I am a 9 and had to return for an 11. Once I got the right size, I really like these shoes. I'm a newbie to latin dance and almost never wear heels. Ever. So, the idea of dancing in heels was a bit intimidating. I was surprised at how relatively comfortable they are (for heels), lightweight and how secure they feel on my feet. I made myself wear them for the whole hour 1/2 of weekly rehearsals so I'd get used to the feel of dancing in them. Apparently the straps on all dance shoes close with a hook, although there is a bucket there to adjust strap length. I point it out because it kind of confused me and some of my novice teammates! Anyhow, I'm not exactly known for my poise and grace but I did pretty well in these. They are a good, sensible, low-heeled affordable dance shoe.

A comfortable, pretty dance shoe
These fit to size, are well-made, and are pretty on my feet. I like the small peep-hole because some of the open-toed dance shoes with larger openings allow my foot to slide down and hang over the edge a bit (perhaps I just need narrower shoes...). Some reviewers have complained that the edge of the peep-hole chafes against their toes and I did get blisters on my big toes after a couple of hours in these shoes the first time I wore them, but that's pretty common, I think, with a new pair of dance shoes. Aside from that, I found them to be very comfortable and I may order another pair in a different color.

Great shoe, just a tad large
I got these because I'm taking salsa classes and I wanted to have the right shoes. They are light, mostly comfortable and a good heel height for dancing. The two complaints I have are that they are slightly large, I'm usually an 8.5 and that's what I got and I can fit a finger in the back. And the peep toe has given me a blister on both my big toes. I'm thinking I'll try their other models if I keep up with the dancing (which I think will be a yes).

I recommend these shoes for beginners!
These shoes fit perfectly from the get go. No breaking in needed. Shoes looked great, fit great, light weight, love the quick clasp too. I wanted a peep toe shoe to hold my toes in while doing the "swing" (the strappy shoes eventually cut into the top of my toes from all the pressure from dancing), and after two weeks of swing lessons in these shoes, i just love the fit and how beautiful they looked. When I first tried them on, I thought they had a slight roomy feel, but after I adjusted the buckle, the shoes felt so comfortable. I would definitely recommend first timers to get this shoe. Very affordable and your feet will love being in them.
