Wenger 600626 NANOBYTE 13.3" MacBook Pro Backpack , Anti-scratch lining with iPad/Tablet / eReader Pocket in Black / Grey {17 Litres}

I have been using this bag for about 10 months and I have taken it with me in several trips/airports and the like.It's a lot better than you expect for the money you are paying. Very well constructed and the materials all feel decent and/or premium. It looked better than the pictures when it arrived. The gray is a little bit darker than the pictures as well which is nice. It does not look cheap.The seams are all of good quality, as well as all the zippers worked with little resistance but with great feel.My MacBook Pro 13" (2014) fit with just the perfect amount of space to spare on the laptop compartment.On the main one you easily fit an iPad of whatever size plus chargers, big headphones and quite of few more, without making the bag feel bloated.So very nice on that front as well, plenty of pockets for things, pens and stuff.The padding on the back feels proper and on the straps as well, no problems at all.The only negative I have found, and this is more of a personal preference, is that the side pockets are quite tight. Certainly you can fit a water bottle in there and not worry about dropping it, but it's not really easy to put it back in as it's so tight. Also I fear the material might be overstretched if pushed out too much although so far I have not seen signs that it's getting looser.It was exactly what I was hoping it would be: A more compact bag than the usual 15" laptop bags that are usually cavernous and would needlessly fit a 17", but with good materials and various pockets for all my gizmos. This one feels like you can carry it everywhere without taking lots of space.Very pleased with the purchase.TL;DR Better than expected. Great quality and value for the money.

i bought this to replace the larger gigabyte bag as I have moved company and wanted a smaller bag as have a lot smaller laptop to carry around and commuting back into London. The hp 14" it fits in the laptop compartment with room to spare, in the main compartment i have put my notebook and iPad mini as well as the laptop charger in the zip pocket and still have room for anything else i may need. the front compartment has a mouse iPad charger and cables etc.. perfect bag if you don't need to carry a mountain of gear around would highly recomned.everything that i need fits with room to spare, quality made bag.

Two month reviewI've been using this bag now for two months and it's one of the best bags I've owned in years.This bag is plenty roomy enough to fit a laptop, tablet, headphones and extras. I've managed to cram in 3 laptops without over filling the backpack and the weight is very evenly distributed making it a breeze to carry.A couple of small improvements I'd like to see would be to make the water bottle holders a bit less tight, it's sometimes difficult to get more flexible of bottles in the pouch.Additionally I'd like to see a hard compartment for carrying things like sunglasses or cameras, there are other bags out there that have it so it would be nice to see it make its way over here.

Backpacks tend to become your little companion, when you're commuting everyday, don't they? I wanted something small, to fit my books, PS Vita, iPad, water bottle - stuff like that. I absolutely love it. It's ideal. Small enough to not be heavy, easy to carry around. Has so many secret compartments - fits everything I'd like. I truly love it.

Layout has been thought about but badly let down by poor quality build. The stitching on the larger zip of the front pocket failed after less than 6 months use. I didn't attempt to replace with another Wenger as a colleague of mine has had a similar poor experience with her Wenger. I decided to go back to purchasing a rucksack from a well known longstanding outdoor rucksack manufacturer and have not regretted it.

Overall great quality bag but would be great if it was a bit larger. The large pocket in the back kind of bends when you wear the bag, so if you put something soft in it - it might have a slight bend when you take it out (the bend is quite slight). My 13.3 laptop fits fine in the middle pocket and there is room for a 800 page book. The front pocket actually fits a lot of stuff like chargers etc

I love this bag! The quality is really good and the storage is perfect for what I need it for.UPDATE - I have the bag exactly a year and the rubber part of the handle on the top of the bag head started to break and I'm not really happy about it. It's never over packed or mistreated so no reason for it to happen.

Fantastic backpack. Compact and tidy, yet has plenty of pockets, space, and good protection for a 13" MacBook Pro. Even my old 15" seems to fit. I tried many different backpacks before this and none of them hit the right balance when it comes to size/capacity/protection like this one.
