FenchelShades.com 16" Top Diameter x 16" Bottom Diameter x 10" Height Fabric Drum Lampshade with European Attachment with 1.5" Drop (Linen White)

Ordered this to replace one almost identical to it that had started to fall apart. This one is about an inch taller and two inches wider in diameter than the one it replaced, but it looks great with the lamp. The shade came well packaged, so there was no damage. The European fitting worked perfectly and no adjustments were needed - just took the bulb out, put the shade on, and screwed it all back together. Took my husband less than a minute. It’s a white linen-like fabric on the outside and a white matte plastic/hard paper on the inside (hard to tell - but it doesn’t look cheap and it diffuses the light nicely). In the photos I’ve added, you can see the lampshade at night with the light on. It’s a 3-way LED bulb that is the equivalent of a 150W incandescent. I like that the shade only has one seam, as I was able to position it in the back so you don’t really see it. It was a good price, and made in the USA. I’ll definitely return to this manufacturer if/when I need other shades in the future. I suspect this one will last a long time!

So much better than the dinky, too small shade my floor came with. Although, expensive this fenchel shade is worth the price.

This is a great shade at half the price of one I found in a shade store in NYC. If you have a euro fitted lamp base this is a gold mine! Highly recommend!
