My mom love the gift.

The little waterfall is nice and cute. Perfect size for my needs. As described. Only the package at deliver not good, it was no broken as many others on reviews. But it was only a little piece of plastic bubbles inside of a very weak box, not solid box. I got lucky it was ok, I would hate to be going to the return process for that. Otherwise I like very much the product. Looks very cute. I have not used it yet with back flow incense, but I am burning my regular ones. I give 5 stars for product. My packaging comments is hoping seller improves to void future returns.

Cracked peices

I love this incense holder! It works great, is well made, and it looks beautiful. My friends have given me many compliments on it

It is very cute. Just as pictured, but much smaller then I expected. Almost too small. Good for a small desk or tiny corner.

I'm only rating this product one star because when I recieved it, it was in an Amazon bag, not a box. There was a box and it was so tiny that it had just fit the product. There was absolutely NOTHING stuffed or even cushioning wrapped around the product in the tiny box. When I opened the small box. that was packaged in the Amazon bag, it had broken into 3 pieces. The top part that holds the cone insence and the fountain for the top part, and a little chunk off the side. I had to go buy some E6000 to fix it. After fixing it it works great! I was very dissatisfied with how it was packaged and honestly would love my money back on it. However, after thinking its fixable I just decided to fix it instead. What didn't make sense was I bought some insence separately, but how that managed to have bubble wrap and cushioning around that because it had no part that were breakable was beyond me.

Purchased as a present for my girlfriend -- she quite liked it! The smoke flows well down the holder and pools nicely in the bottom. Also much sturdier than I initially thought it would be, it's quite heavy!Can definitely recommend.

A nice piece for the house if you like to burn invent in your house. It brings about the positive vibes and is so relaxing to watch.

Amazing looks so pretty like the picture

This product was missing the anti-smoke mat when it arrived. The box it came in was tiny and there was no protection for the fragile item. Luckily mine didn’t come broken, although the bottom was a little scuffed. I will be returning this and buying something more expensive since you get what you pay for.

This is tiny... Not worth the price

Arrived in two pieces. I ended up super gluing it back together so it does work.
