Did not recieve all cross members suppose to have 9 I have 7 currently great shelves but to bad they are going in the garbage not even going to waste my time packing it and sending it back and cut my loses on 440 dollarsVery disappointed

While there were lots of nuts and bolts to assemble, it was pretty easy, it is very sturdy and works well

The two I ordered the packaging came completely destroyed. Holes the size of a basketball. One of them while opening the side frame was bent. I didn’t want to deal with this big package as a return and the box wouldn’t survive the return so I decided to hammer it out best I can. In one of the boxes the plastic bag opened up with the bolts in it and was missing hardware. The black coating is chipped and falling off most of the beams. I put them together and it looks like it will do the job. I would expect better for the price your paying on quality. I wouldn’t buy this product again and would advise you don’t buy it either.

Great shelf at a good cost

Arrive broken boxes missing hardware, had to buy screws bolts and washers from lows to assemble the rack , sturdiness of the Racks depends on reinforce bars , each shelf needs three bars but seller provided only one bar , which shows cost saving !!

This product was supposed to have a warranty and when it arrived with missing parts, we were told they no longer make the parts so we are left with a unit with missing parts. Do not order!
