I'm not a big dorman fan. But OEM is no longer available. Fit and function fine. Just wish it included the spacer gasket. After 16 years mine seen better days. But did work and still functions as it should.

Used on 2004 Silverado Duramax. My truck would engage 4x4 on it's own and wouldn't switch out. Took about 20 min and swapped this out. Works just as expected and solved my problem.

Cheap metal. The case broke when we tried to bolt it down so we ended up having to use the old housing with the new internal parts of this one.

Not bad for the price, but NO gasket
seems to work so far but didn't come with gasket but the last one I bought from the auto parts store had gasket, same part # on box.

came in damaged the motor housing cover was broken, had to use the one off the old one. Truck grinds going into 4 wheel drive above 20km
