Works as expected, filters quickly, makes a huge difference to the taste and looks great

We tried other filters and couldn’t get rid of the chemical taste from our tap water. This has done the job brilliantly. The pale blue jug colour is a bit hospital-looking for me and it’s not possible to pour until filtering is over or the whole lid pops off and spills everywhere. Prepared to put up with small flaws for the perfect water.

I've gone through quite a few Britta jugs over the years and opted to try WaterDrop on this occasion. It's a lovely water filter jug and looks great. I haven't done a comparison between this and the Britta but this definitely does seem to do a great job of filtering the water. Normally the water from our tap tastes bad. It's drinkable but it feels like taking medicine. You drink the water to stay hydrated but you don't particularly enjoy the experience. Leave it on the bedside table overnight and it's pretty much undrinkable.Since buying the filter, the water is great. I am actually drinking water - not to stay alive - but simply because I like it. The filter also seems to be pretty long life. I've had it over a month and it still seems to be operating well. Unfortunately getting a replacement filter looks complicated. The water jugs have such non-sensical model names that it looks like a lottery choosing the filter. I have to go into my Amazon orders just the see the name of my jug model and try to guess the appropriate filter. Likewise, it's not a simple case of picking one up in the local supermarket. I now need to have the foresight to order ahead on Amazon. I bought the jug because I though the filters would be cheaper than Britta but doesn't seem to be the case.I'm about to order some filters now to ensure I don't get caught short over the Christmas period. Fingers crossed I can guess the right model. Hopefully the filter "WD-PF-01A" is suitable for the WD-PT-07 water jug. Or is it the WD-PT-05? Wish me luck.

Handy sized jug- good design and filters water quickly. Fair price compared to other expensive makes.

This is the second water filter jug ive used, my first been a amazon basic jug & this one is by far more superior, it holds more water & the filter lasts longer , when you pour the water it goes where you aim & doesnt leak down the side of the jug like the amazon one does- the filters last 90 days & its honestly the better of the 2, i love you

Really happy with this jug. The first filter released some bits of carbon and while it didn't not filter through to the water, customer services still sent a replacement filter the next day. Water tastes great too.

Pros - pretty, fits in my fridge door. Noticeable decrease in the taste of chlorine which is why I bought it. Good value for money given how long the filters last compared to other brands.Cons - the filter indicator simply doesn’t work; I’m not the only one to mention it. Biggest issue is the flimsy quality of the lid. It shoots off the jug at the slightest opportunity.

Works fine, though filters are expensive. Standard filters cannot be used. need to use Waterdrop filters with this jug. EDITED May 2021 : After 6 months I had problem with the blue light continually flashing. Contacted supplier who immediately sent replacement jug without question. Excellent service.

Sabe muy bien el agua. Filtra rápido el agua.

Habe mir den Wasserfilterkrug bestellt, da ich begeistert davon war, dass die Kartuschen erst nach drei Monaten gewechselt werden müssen. Im Deckel befindet sich ein Knopf, wenn mann den drückt, zeigt die Farbe an, wann man wechseln muss.
