We charged the batteries (both) one went in fine and the other would not go on without slamming it in. But the one that went in worked, briefly. Then....nothing. I read all through the manual and all that was in there was safety precautions and all written by someone obviously not American. The only instructions on how to operate this unit was on the original description of the product on Amazon’s site. So you’re supposed to depress the trigger twice and then it’s supposed to run. Except that didn’t work either.Also in the manual they state that if you have a problem with the product to contact the company with the “information below” only there was no contact information. Nothing.Sending it back and I’m very disappointed because it would have been useful for us. My husband is always trimming our shrubs and trees.EDIT:So my husband figured out how to work this tool and he actually likes it very much! I’m sorry I originally gave it such a bad review because he’s been using it for the last 6 months and it’s working fine. It’s me, the klutzy wife that couldn’t figure it out.

Powerful and easy
Makes life so much easier. I actually want to go out and do some yard work. The clippers are actually quite strong. I often try to cut branches that are to big for it. I have to squeeze the trigger a few times and it cuts it. I would recommend it for sure. My sister saw mine and had to get one for her.

MUST HAVE
This is the best little tool out there. It is VERY Sharp so be careful - the instructions are the worst so make sure you google the videos but all in all this is a must have for anyone trimming anything. Fun to use and works like a dream. The battery lasts forever. I have only charged this baby 2x since I got it. My family was borrowing it so much I got them all one. (they can't be trusted with mine) already dad cut his hand. .. he is fine. Bottom line GET IT IT IS AWESOME!
