There are no acrid chemical smells, and the combination of the shampoo and conditioner boosts the hair to gloriously silver grey rather than dull and flat bleh grey. The conditioner is a lot more "runny" than I am used to, but it leaves the hair soft and bouncy.

I would give this product 10 stars if I could, it’s been a game changer for me, my fine hair was in terrible condition following surgery & with the effects of menopause. I’d had to cut it short to try & save it. I’d been using an expensive natural product but it wasn’t helping, I was sceptical as many companies have jumped on the menopause back wagon recently but I took the plunge & honestly I’ve never looked back, my hair is fuller, thicker & healthier than it’s been in a very long time, I’d previously worn hair extensions to thicken my fine hair but I don’t need to now. Used to tone grey hair

This shampoo and conditioner effectively tones down yellow tones in light coloured hair. It also helps with hair loss. I'm not too keen on the conditioner, though, as it leaves my long bleached hair very rough and virtually impossible to comb and breaking badly. It would probably be ok for non bleached hair, but definitely isn't for me. Sorry. 😔

A huge difference to my hair after twice used. Hair loss minimal where as I used to have a handful fall out each time when shampooing. I'm growing out bleached hair and with this product as I said after 2 washes is now an ash colour, blending better with the grey hair. I've spent a lot of money on other products, this is a definite keep for me. Try it, you won't be disappointed
