Great HP Village Addition
The Owlery looks great between Hogwarts and the Astronomy Tower pieces. We set ours up a little higher to be a little more visible. My one complaint is the inconsistency of the light cables. The train and either the owlery or Hagrid's Hut have different cable connectors than all of the other pieces: Hogwarts, Astronomy Tower, Willow/Car, Weasley House. A couple of these pieces have a battery pack option.

I love this entire village. I love this piece. Was able to find it here on Amazon cheaper than anywhere else. Came quickly.

Batteries Required
Although the description says no batteries required, this Harry Potter house requires two C batteries, which were very difficult to install correctly. I do not know how long the batteries but hopefully through a full Christmas season. Since all other Department 56 collectible houses are plug in, it was surprising to learn that this was different.

The item is listed as no batteries required, but it does take batteries and all the other pieces are electric.

Cheap and requires batteries
This is the third piece I’ve bought in the Harry Potter collection. This is nothing like the other two pieces. It’s cheap and feels like plastic. Also it requires two C batteries unlike the other pieces that are electric. Very disappointed. This will be going back.

Nice piece, BATTERY powered BEWARE.
Love the piece. It's great, but WTF Dept 56? Why make this a battery powered device? There is no power plug in included, so just beware buyer. 2 C sized batteries required.

Pequeño para el precio. Y sin adaptador incluido
Está bien pero no lleva adaptador para corriente eléctrica. Que adaptador necesitas? Cuál es el modelo para encenderlo? No m parece bien que no venga el adaptador .No muy grande para el precio que tiene. Caro.

Schoen aber natuerlich teuer
Passt gut in jedes Weihnachtsdorf, natuerlich vor allem fuer HP Fans. Leider etwas teuer, aber macht natuerlich Hogwarts komplett.
