This hot sauce is delicious hot and flavorful! If you want hotter the original is. The jerk spice is really good too! Go Hillside Harvest.

As a connoisseur of hot sauces, this one is very pleasant. It was nice on sandwiches and pastas. Maybe not for Mexican food. I always have a bottle on hand.

I absolutely love this hot sauce! The sweet Caribbean hot peppers with a dash of citrus is incredible! It's a hot sauce that is actually tasty, not something that is just burning your mouth. It's dynamic as well - you almost don't even know it's hot sauce at first and then the heat slowly builds as you continue to eat. So good. I put it on tacos and even on my sushi which was awesome. I can't wait to try the other flavors from Hillside Harvest!

I put this ish on everything! I’m a big fan of their other flavors, but this might be my favorite. This goes so well on eggs, or in a Michelada or Bloody where it blends with the tomato juice. Just the right amount of spice - you feel it but it’s not overwhelming. I like that it’s made with real ingredients - you can actually see tomato seeds in the sauce - and it has a nice thickness. Will definitely buy again!

This is a healthy balance of flavor and spice. Most of the time, when I try hot sauces, there's always too much of one and not enough of the other. It's tangy and zesty. It has medium heat. The carrot flavor is there, but it's subtle. It has an acidic taste (which I like).The only downside is that the sauce is thick and doesn't come out of the bottle that easily. It's a poor design, and I think they should fix that.Otherwise, it's a balanced hot sauce, and I enjoy the flavor.

I‘ve always loved hot sauce - so much so that my friends give me a hard time for the amount of hot sauce products/condiments I keep in the fridge. Hillside Harvest Sun Kissed Tomato is my favorite of them all by far. Tastes great on everything (chicken, meat, eggs, fish, pizza, sandwiches) and has the perfect blend of flavor and heat without being too spicy. I always make sure to have a bottle or two in the fridge.

While the flavor is nice and the heat is good, no amount of shaking could get this "sauce" to be thin enough to pour — the sauce is so chunky that it gets clogged in the narrow opening of the bottle. No amount of smacking the bottom of the bottle could dislodge that "bottleneck". In its current state, this might be better billed as "spoonable" — like chutney — and sold in a larger mouth jar.

This is the new go-to hot sauce for everyone in the family, who each previously had a different favorite hot sauce. The flavor is bright and interesting, not too hot, and great with every type of food.
