Worst product! Totally defective and full of scratches n patches!!
1) Total scratches on the cheap metal body2) Right next to their logo, the plating is gone in a huge portion, I wonder what quality checks are being done while dispatching.3) Scratches all over the cheap plastic head.4) The cheap plastic used is broken in 2 places5) I didnt order this fancy shower head, i ordered a normal spout head.Conclusion:They are truly truly unprofessional. Totally inhumane experience from ZAP! This is my 3rd purchase of their item and my 3rd worst experience from them. AMAZON TO BE BLAMED AS THEY DONT VALUE CUSTOMER REVIEWS ANYMORE! Thought it might be useful for you fellow customers who get to read my review.

Easy to install. Good quality at reasonable price. Very helpful to maintain body posture write due to its flexible tube , we can easily adjust tap position according to our requirements. Great product, perfect design 👍
