Memory-King Provides Prompt, Marvellous Customer Care
I had been seeking a laptop mainly for word processing. I’d read a review which ranked the Lenovo ThinkPad E15 as the top laptop for writers. I went to check on Amazon (of course) and found a seller named Memory-King selling the laptop at a reasonable price. I placed the order, but due to another large order, didn’t have enough available credit, so the card was declined. I knew I could resolve that easily with a quick payment to the credit card company and did. Memory-King gave a prompt, professional email reply and kindly said they would save that inventory for me until the payment was processed. Then they sent a cordial email when the product had shipped. And the laptop arrived promptly, too (in about a week). Overall, I was exceedingly pleased with Memory-King’s prompt, thoughtful, and marvellous customer care.
