No hay mucha variedad
No trae muchas recetas y lo peor es que en la portada hay una foto de una bandeja paisa y no trae la receta para hacerla, utiliza ingredientes muy raros y la verdad no trae recetas ricas

Simple read and follow.
I ordered this book because I wanted to experience food from different cultures (I am collecting cookbooks from different world cultures). I haven't tried the recipes yet, but they all read deliciously. All the recipes are simple to understand. I am also glad that there are no pictures because it is depressing when you try a recipe and it looks nothing like the picture.

A lot of these are not even Colombian recipes.
