Sally Hansen Creme Hair Bleach for Face (2 Pack)

I've always used this product. It is very gentle on skin and very effective on bleaching arm hair.

I am a post menopausal female and never had a problem with upper lip hair until I started bioidentical hormones a few months ago. I am very happy with the hormones but they did make a few dark hairs grow on my upper lip, so I bought this product. It works great! I did the patch test which resulted in very slight pink but it was gone within hours and no discomfort so the next day I did my upper lip. It came with a small cup, not the flat piece some reviewers got. Indeed the applicator does not fit in the activator bottle so I just carefully poured a little onto the spatula. It's awkward, a few grains spilled but okay. Then the bleach and mixed it very well. And then mixed it even more. It did not burn on the lip but only tingled a bit. I missed a couple hairs after the first application so did a second one for 5 more minutes. All bleached now and I am very happy. I had no pink skin or bleached skin on the lip, just the hairs turned blond. I will continue using this product and be able to continue my hormone therapy too.

Bleached without irritating my skin or leaving me looking like a tomatoe. You shouldn’t have these problems if you read and follow directions carefully. Low odor and easy to use. I love that it only took a few min and that I no longer have to worry about waxing or shaving those unwanted hairs because this stuff makes them blend right into my skin. I love it!

It has changed slightly. The cream is thinner but it works as before.

I have some peach fuzz on my face that needs to be lightened so I use this product. It’s easy and it works.

After reading some of the reviews, I was hesitant to purchase this item due to the sensitivity of my skin. But the mustache has been bugging me for a while. I caved and bought the item. The mixing of the two chemicals is kind of tricky so I would recommend using a tiny glass bowl or something that has a lip around it since the kit gives you a flat piece of plastic as the mixing tray. IT WORKS!!!! my dark hairs are now blonde and barely noticeable. I will say the skin area is a bit red, but it should go away with in a day.I have thick, dark hair so if it works on my hair, it probably will work on you too.I wouldn't recommend going any longer than the 8 mins on the box, it does sting a bit, but any bleach item kind of does.

So I got this in the mail and tried it out immediately, with out testing on my arm as the instructions said... who needs directions.. #impatience well I hastily mixed it an applied unevenly and probably way too much. I put it on my clean dry face and it started stinging pretty much immediately. I didn’t wait 8 minutes cause t stung so much. My hairs were bleached and unnoticeable.. YAY and OUCH! My skin was all red and I had these weird little white bumps near my nose. I freaked out and washed my face thourghly then coated it in various creams and oils. The bumps went away. Phew. The second time I blended it more thourghly. I applied it more evenly and it didn’t sting. The I felt these weird little pops and it started stinging in those places. I think it was a few grains of activator that hadn’t yet activated activating... it worked but I got the weird little bumps were I felt the popping. I also tried this on my hands and it literally bleached the skin. Like, I had white ovals on my finger. It did fade to almost unnoticeable. Over all, it works. Definitely make sure to stir very well and maybe wait. Minute or two. NOT FOR SENSITIVE SKIN HAHA.
