Felt better after about three weeks of taking the pills
Took this for a month, twice a day along with the flex pro pill for injury. Have herniated disks in lower lumbar and impacting joints in hip/ butt area. Felt better after about three weeks of taking the pills. Still taking both pills but cut down to the 1 Flex Pro in morning and 1 of the other pills ( for injury) at night. Improvement is about 50%+. Back to Zumba, weight training, etc... Hopefully this will help prevent future episodes of debilitating back spasms.

Not certain if it is doing anything, but nothing getting worse.
I don't feel any worse, which could mean that it is preventing me from feeling worse, or that it's doing nothing. But, I don't feel any better, either. However, because it could be restorative and preventative rather than simply palliative for pain, I will continue to use it (connective tissue disorder). I use a similar product for my cat (vet brand), and it has an off label benefit of bladder health (according to vet). Just an interesting tidbit, wonder if it works that way on humans.

As good as I can imagine
Short and sweet:Used Nutrakey's Innoflex for nearly 2 years prior to switching to this product, Flex Pro ES. This product works great and I'm extremely glad I switched to it.Quick background:-I'm 29 years old, about 192-194 lbs. at 6'1" and roughly 9-10 percent bodyfat. I've been weight training consistently since High School when I was playing football at 14 years old. I currently train 6 days per week, in the form two short workouts per day, overall focusing on losing some extra bodyfat (down to 6-8 percent bodyfat). My supplements are limited to a multi vitamin, whey protein, vitamin D and a greens powdered drink mix.Positives:-High value: Inexpensive and lasts 2 months when taken per instructions.-Unique ingredients: Eggshell membrane ? Used joint and tendon boosting supplements for a decade and never heard of doing anything with egg shells other than throwing them in my compost pile. Others may consider the use of "unusual" ingredients a negative thing (see "Unique ingredients" below). I also like the exclusion of glucosamine and chondroiton. Heard some negatives to those ingredients and they're seemingly in every joint/tendon supplement.-Effectiveness: ingredients work well together and they work fast.-Ease-of-use: one medium sized pill once per day in the morning.Negatives:-Taste: in the perfect world, Flex Pro ES would be a delicious chewable. In comparison to my old joint/tendon supplement, Innoflex by Nutrakey, I didn't like that Innoflex was a drink mix I had to remember to pull out of the cupboard and pour with some water multiple times every day.-Unique ingredients: listed "Unique ingredients" as a positive above but using unusual/unheard of ingredients in a supplement can be a risky downside.Effectiveness explained:-When I switched from Nutrakey's Innoflex to Flex Pro ES, I waited two weeks before officially switching. During the time "off" from using a joint/tendon supplement, my joints started to dry out again (right knee, right elbow). Within about 10 days of starting Flex Pro ES, I noticed a substantial change, mostly the complete cessation of the constant chronic achey knees. The occasional discomfort was still present through 3 weeks and by one month in, I no longer noticed any unusual joint or tendon pain. Those pains would only occur if training intensity was excessive (lifting heavy too often, adding too much high impact conditioning such as running, trying leg movements I don't commonly use such as the reverse lunge). In summary, Flex Pro ES is a great product for anyone experiencing common achey joints. When I discovered Innoflex by Nutrakey years ago, I thought I found the Holy Grail for joint/tendon supplements and subsequently used it for over 2 years. That has been "one-upped" now by Flex Pro ES and I just ordered my second bottle and will continue to use it. Hopefully, though, the price will stay $26.77 as Flex Pro ES becomes more popular.

Not for me.
I could see some people getting relief from this, given all the herbal anti-inflammatories it contains. Just as aspirin started its pharmacological life as a herbal extract from willow bark, these herbal extracts seem be similar. . But like aspirin, it caused me gastrointestinal pain and the longer I took it, the worse it got, till I started to be afraid I'd perforate. I looked it up online and couldn't tell if any of the ingredients have that kind of history, but I couldn't find much about them. Finally stopped taking it and I might have had a slight improvement in my symptoms, I assume from the egg membrane. So better I should take a supplement that just contains that, than one with all these anti-inflammatories.Still, if you have a strong stomach, it might work for you.

Bought this for my father who has arthritis. He has been taking it for about two weeks and has seen some improvement in mobility issues with his hands and knees. During spring when the weather is rainy and cold it really makes it hard for arthritis sufferers. Taking natural supplement eases my mind with all the other medications he is on. I like that it can boost his immune system while providing him some relief in his achy joints.

Good enough to give it a try.
Cannot say enough for this product. I ain't no spring chicken but this product really took the pain out of my right knee. Something the glucosamine, chondroitin, MSM products never did. But word of caution from man who has practiced vet medicine for 46 years. Causes of joint pain vary. What works great for me may not work for you. I note that it has done nothing for my shoulder pain. But after 6 days on this product my knee pain started to go away. I no longer holler and cuss every time I get up. Is pain totally gone? I still have some if I work outside but nothing like before using this product. I use several nutraoceuticals but none have done the job this one has.

I am happy to report that my arthritic big toe which is ...
I ordered this hoping it might help with a shoulder injury I've been dealing with for several months now. I really can't say for sure whether it is helping or not because, even though I have seen some significant improvement, I've also been doing a lot of mobility work and PT. However, I am happy to report that my arthritic big toe which is always slightly painful and often moderately painful when I run has been 100% pain free since about 3-4 days of starting this supplement. So, that's really awesome! I wish I had tried this years ago. I suffered through a marathon and several 1/2 marathons with a throbbing toe and now I can look forward to some pain free running!
