If you have any kind of joint or joint/muscle related problems then I would highly recommend trying this MOVE FREE Ultra Omega for your joint health.I'm always skeptical of the claims made for these kinds of products but I have seen definite improvement with this one. I've had joint issues for years and have used a number of different products and some did nothing, some did a little and some helped. The last one I had been using seemed to provide some help but was difficult to swallow.This product was recommend by Dr Oz whose opinion I value. The cost was similar to other products so I decided to give it a try and if it didn't work I could go back to my previous product. I started taking it when I was having moderate to severe joint/muscle aches. I am very active and as I grow older, my joints protest my activities. After a few days of using this Ultra Omega I noticed some improvement, after a week still more improvement. After 2 weeks I am very satisfied with the level of improvement as it is much better than I had achieved with my old product. I take one tablet every day in the evening and will continue to indefinitely. When I have used this Ultra Omega for a month, I will update this review.If you are having joint/muscle related aches and pains, I would recommend this Ultra Omega, however you need to take it every day to gain the improvement.

I keep my pill box inside, in the AC. I realize it hasn't been ICE cold in my apartment, but I don't think it's hot enough to justify the MESS this red pill created when it melted all over my box and other pills. They really went crazy with the red dye.Also - saw no changes in my joint issues.

One of the flaps on the box was open but the bottle was fine. The flavor is ok, very easy to swallow, it help coupled with another brand of Movefree, but once you stop taking it, you will notice a difference.

I have taken glucosamine chondroitin for years with no real difference or improvement. I hated the three or four huge pills I had to take every day and which messed up my stomach. I finally had to get both my hips replaced and now I am waiting on knee replacements. A friend recommended Omega 3 for joints and I was very attracted by the one pill wonder that this OTC. And it is definitely a one pill wonder. A single gelcaps each day and in 3 or 4 weeks I suddenly realized that I was moving more and had no pain. I was able to increase my activity (despite two bad knees) and decrease my pain meds. I sleep better and as a bonus my fingernails are stronger and longer. I have recommended it to my 91 year old mother who has arthritis in her back and she is seeing improvements too. I am a convert and will keep taking this!

I have been alternating take these with the Move Free Ultra Joint Supplement with Collagen and Hyaluronic Acid because they have different active ingredients and I didn't know which would be better for my knee pain. After about a month of taking both, my occasional knee pain has noticeably improved. The only reason I dock these one star is for the horrible fishy smell when you open the bottle. The capsule itself seems to have a bit of a sweet-tasting coating, and that helps cover up any fishy taste when you swallow it, but the smell - yuck! At any rate, I do continue to alternate it with the other Move Free Ultra with good results for achy/painful knees when going up stairs. After one month, I suddenly realized my knees were no longer bothering me on stairs and they felt more stable and strong. Amazing!

I can't draw a direct relationship; but I am virtually pain free in formerly achy knees, ankles and elbows. Been taking Krill with HA for about a year and won't stop unless I can't get it any more! I made some other changes around the same time; but I dropped Glucosamine type products(never having seen any benefit) and switched to HA a while after dropping Splenda from my diet. Not sure of cause/effect; but I'm not aware of any negative side effects of the HA and I use the Krill for Omega 3; so this "multi-tasker" will remain in my rotation for a long time!!! This is a convenient product; but getting a little harder to find. Glad the 'Zon had it for me!!!

This is a new product for me. I have been using it for about three months now. In the past I have suffered from bursitis in both shoulders at one point or another mainly due to sports injuries. Some days, as I lift weights, my shoulders can ache during certain movements. This product seems to help my shoulders feel better. Between using this product along with lifting weights to strengthen the muscles surrounding the bursa, it helps to prevent any recurrences of bursitis in my shoulders. It is somewhat expensive, but far less so on Amazon than in retail stores, and I feel the product is worth the cost. As I have trouble swallowing large pills, I find that this product is very easy to swallow in the oval gel capsule formula. I really like Move Free Ultra Omega by Schiff and would highly recommend it to anyone with joint pain.

I take this supplement for my knee pain and I guess it's working since I can climb stairs without a problem. I really like the very small one a day gel capsule compared to the huge three or more capsules a day from other brands.What I don't like about it is the very obvious fishy smell in the recent batches. I've bought these since they were introduced years ago and they didn't have this strong smell. Yes, I know omega-3 capsules smell like fish oil but these didn't before and that's what I really liked about them. My last three bottles had a very strong odor as soon as I opened the top and that wasn't detectable in any of the previous bottles. These bottles were not close to their expiration date.I don't know if Schiff changed the formula or if the recent batch of krill smell stronger than before but these capsules stink. This is the only one I've found in small capsules so I'll continue to take them until I find an alternative with less odor. But be aware that these really stink.
