Department 56 Dickens' Village Cratchits Corner Lit Building Multicolor, 9.5 Inch

This house is so modestly priced that I was shocked when it came. It is large and beautifully detailed. It is even nicer than some of my other houses that I paid twice as much for.

Gave this to my son for a xmas gift. He loved it and a nice addition to his Christmas Carol dept. 56 xmas village. Very nice detail and well made.

I have almost 100 dept 56 buildings. I’ve been collecting since 1988. I couldn’t pass up with this price. This house has so much details. I love it.

I've been adding a new Dept 56 Dickens Christmas Carol piece for the last few years and I finally got the Cratchits Corner house. I love it! The basket on mine was painted very well -- as I was worried about it after reading the reviews. It's beautiful and has really elevated my Christmas village -- only wish I had gotten it sooner! The only negative is that when I pulled it out of the box and reached in the plastic bag (it's wrapped in plastic), I my finger pressed on the top right hanging icicle that ending up snapping in half. It's a small detail and had I known it was there would have been looking out for it. Now, it looks like a real icicle broke off. So, word of caution -- just be extra cautious removing it from it's bag of where you place your hand. I didn't return because figured I'd do it again another year...it's that delicate which is the reason for knocking a star off.

This item is perfect. It will be a great addition to my Department 56 collection. The craftsmanship is very detailed. Worth the price.

I inherited several of the original Dickens Village buildings from my mother. I wanted to add Cratchits Corner to the collection. Even though this piece is not the same as the original Dickens Village, it complements the original buildings well. Cratchits Corner is well made with lots of details. And I love the scene in the front window.

This Dickens Cratchits Corner is a new addition to my Victorian Village and fits right in.

Attractive little Dickensian house

I’m a first time collector of Dept 56, and I’m extremely pleased with the quality and attention to detail. This is my second piece and will collect more over the next year. Love the Dickens theme, I’m addicted!
