I am a beginner to exercise and these are great! I have tried the bands and they hold a strong resistance. Haven’t tried the jump ropes yet, but they appear long and I’m 5’8. The bands are quite floppy and tend to roll when you put them on your skill, but they still do the trick! If you’re looking for beginner stretch bands, these are it!

The jump ropes have cushioned grips and are more lightweight than the wires which will help in working out your arm while jumping rope. Im no workout professional but this is a beginner home buddy!

Very good price for all that you receive in this kit. The jump ropes are good quality with metal cable inside the rubber sheathing. I’m not sure how long the resistance bands will hold up but I look at them as a bonus since the set was so cheap.

I liked it but I wished it was easier to shorten the length and we don’t have to cut it off

Ok,..keep fit 2021...Involves me,..and bare essentials,..chair,floor...need a skipping rope..my husband said...Ok,if I am..you are too....set of 2 added to cart!Arrived next day,...with the resistance bands and instructions...We both measured our ropes,cut to size,...started skipping...well,..it's harder than expected,..the years have been long since I last skipped..but nonetheless,..I'm now skipping..It's got a wire insert,..so wire cutters will be needed to get through the cut....unlike me ,messing up my house scissors...So,..that's the tip!!Do not use scissors,..other than that,..Get off your buttBrilliant price for 2+resistance bands...
