I ordered 2 and neither were brand new. They came in clear bags and could see one was obviously used and shoved back in the bag, there were many hairs visible through the plastic bag and it was not near as white as the other comforter. The 2nd comforter was nicely folded and white but there were little stains on it also visible through the wrapper. The feathers were also black and visible through the comforter. They did appear to be from the correct manufacturer as tagged but not white duck down filled as advertised, at least no mention of black feather blend in them. That said, I recently purchased 2 sizes of the authentic version of this comforter from Kohls and they are very well made and have completely different packaging. I would rate them 5 stars. They were much more expensive from Kohl’s so I ordered the same exact ones through Amazon in hopes to save a lot of money but they were not new or a current version of this comforter.

We purchased this about two years ago. Originally, it fluffed up, but it has not stood the test of time. We follow instructions for care. Definitely not as warm as expected given the description. I have ordered a heavier cover to make up for the lack of fluff and warmth and have included additional blankets at night to keep warm.

I ordered white. This is more of a winter white. My accessories are white and navy with white skirt. It works but since I threw the packaging away I will keep it. I like that it’s thin. I live in the south & like to sleep with a little weight in my top cover. I ordered level 1.

The quality of this comforter is excellent EXCEPT for one thing... It stinks! I put it outside for an entire day when I got it and have not put my duvet on it yet and, although it's getting better, it still stinks. It's obvious this manufacturer does not wash the feathers adequately before stuffing their covers.

Comforter is just what I wanted. It’s a bit longer so stays in place in our sateen duvet. Fluffy & rich feeling. Washed it first & no smell after it thoroughly dried. A bit on the warm side, but we use a/c most nights in the summer.

I asked for the maxi warm for the coming winter. But it's not even warm enough now in July (maybe Seattle is a bit cold at night, but still it's summer).

So great! I researched this comforter before purchasing and it had high reviews across the board. I always recommend buying one size up from the size of your bed. I have a queen and ordered a king size. It’s perfect to share. You can machine wash it. It doesn’t shed feathers (a little in the beginning, but that’s it).Super comfy!

I wanted to love this. It does do a good job of being an all year round comforter. However this comforter loses so many feathers, it’s a mess. Each time I use it, I had to sweep around the bed in the morning.
