Coming Apocalypse

COVID-19 event as the biggest social manipulation in modern history
Fear is the watchword for this time. Stemming from the COVID-19 “pandemic” crisis initiated in the first months of 2020, fear has permeated our lives. Egged on by government authority with its minions of press and police, fear defines our day-to-day. A gap in global community life has opened through which freedom escapes and the vacuum replaced by authoritarian rule. Dr. Vernon Coleman, medical establishment gadfly, has offered us a voice of sanity in the chaos with his book, Coming Apocalypse.A Crisis Commentary with PredictionsDr. Coleman’s book is a commentary with predictions on the 2020 COVID-19 “pandemic” event. It is presented in three parts. The first part is Dr. Coleman’s summary view of the event. He avers that this crisis is far more than is being presented to us, and is in fact, a fight for our very survival. Not against the virus, but against the “cure.”The second part is Dr. Coleman’s diary of the unfolding “pandemic” from Feb 28, 2020 to April 22, 2020. These “entries” are his take on events as they happened, recounting alleged case numbers, alleged death numbers, and imposed lock-downs (”house arrests”). The diary also traces the evolution of Dr. Coleman’s thinking about the crisis. While he considered the whole thing a hoax from the start, his opinions on various aspects became grimmer over the three months. The third part is Dr. Coleman’s predictions of how the implementation of the crisis “cure” will play out. They are presented in thirty-six categories. These include Brexit, Demonstrations, Inoculations, Social-Distancing, Hospitals, Social Services, Police, Politics, Travel, etc.Lastly, there is a brief “Conclusion.” The book’s title should provide a strong indication as to the nature of that conclusion.Short Length - Dense ContentsIn a Foreword (VERY IMPORTANT NOTE), Dr. Coleman says he had to remove the words, “COVID-19” and “vaccine” or “vaccination” in order to publish his book. The book is “independently published” and is part of Kindle Unlimited, so I assume the Amazon KDP process imposed the restrictions. For me, that supports Dr. Coleman’s conclusions.Coming Apocalypse is relatively short (132 pages) but meaty in content. The “diary” section is not so much a chronicle of events, as it is a chronicle of Dr. Coleman’s reactions to events. His consequent commentary is a contrast to media propaganda and worth expending some thought on.You’ll see some repetition in the diary entries as the crisis hits certain points. These indicate Dr. Coleman’s major concerns, high among which is the crisis’ impact on the elderly. Dr. Coleman avers that a large component of the crisis is to reduce the population of people over the age of seventy. Governments would thus reduce their costs on health care (national program in Britain; insurance-based in the US) and on pensions.Dr. Coleman notes that Britain’s “emergency bill” came days after public health organizations removed the virus from classification as a “high consequence infectious disease.” That bill created, nationally in Britain, the “lock down” conditions that were imposed state-by-state in the US.Another goal of the crisis, Dr. Coleman believes, is the creation of a cashless society. Checks and currency will be replaced with plastic and something digital. Other commentators echo this belief, as well as the possibility of a vaccine being forced on people.Woven through the diary, are Dr. Coleman’s notes on the case and death numbers reported by the mainstream. He notes these as fraudulent, or misleading at best. Again, echoing other commentators, he notes that the numbers for the seasonal flu are far higher. His consequent theme is that the “cure” will kill more people than the virus. The Part Three section of predictions is lengthy and divided into thirty-six categories. It is worth careful pondering. Among Dr. Coleman’s many predictions are:* Checks and currency will disappear quickly.* Social distancing will become permanent.* Public gatherings will be effectively outlawed.* Globalization is finished due to a renewed nationalism. (I disagree with this one, if I understand Dr. Coleman correctly. I think the working of this crisis is revealing a world ruling structure that has actually been operating for a long time).* Increased pressure to vaccinate. Possibly forced.* Remote work will be a motivation for people to migrate to the countryside. (I disagree. A major purpose of this crisis is the ramping up of implementing the UN Agenda 21, which includes moving people to the cities. There will be pressures to keep people out of the countryside).Droll Humor for a Dark Subject with a British PerspectiveDr. Coleman is a capable, clever, and prolific writer. Being a medical doctor (though no longer practicing) who has long written on health matters, he brings a credible, critical view to the crisis. His prose is eminently readable and laced with his droll humor.Bear in mind, however, that Dr. Coleman is British and so his views are mostly from the British perspective. Hence, some events and references to government may require the American reader some Googling to understand. Also, some expressions and spellings are British and will confound a US English Kindle Reader app. It’s not bad enough to be a problem, though. Not a Pandemic — Something Else is HappeningI can easily and highly recommend this book and Dr. Coleman’s other writings and videos for understanding the reality of the COVID-19 pandemic hoax. The fact that he was unable to get this book published when it contained the words, “COVID-19” and “vaccination,” is both telling and ominous.I do not think that calling this time “apocalyptic” is too extreme. In my opinion, we are going through the most significant realignment of human society in ten thousand years. This is not happening because of a virus pandemic. It is an agenda of oligarch rulers long in the planning and being executed on schedule. This is World War III being fought against we-the-people. This book can help us see that.I’ll end this review with a quote from Coming Apocalypse with which I completely agree:...the bottom line is that we are heading for an apocalypse and we are going to have to trust ourselves and one another because we certainly cannot trust our so-called leaders or their advisors...Amen and Right On!

We have been duly warned...!!
I really appreciate Vernon Coleman's down-to-earth, no beating around the bush honesty! I wish I had a photogenic mind so I could remember everything I've ever learned/read! But...sigh...I don't, so I sometimes have to re-read his words of wisdom to try to better cement them in my memory.

A Voice of Reason
Finally we have an author who interprets what little data that makes sense about the virus that's been used to scare people, clamp down on our freedoms and put much of the globe under house arrest. His assessment is spot on; his predictions are likely to be just as accurate. Coleman is an English physician and his notes of the lockdown in England made me realize how much more draconian and disorganized Britain's response to a flu bug was than ours was! Very interesting notes and chock full of useful data--not that easy to come by. He put his observations and facts together in a way that makes his conclusions(it's more than a government screw up) seem obvious. We need more people to stand up and yell the Emperor Has No Clothes! I hope he does a follow-up book for 2021.

Sensible Analysis of the Current Disaster
An appreciation for dry British humor is needed to fully appreciate this book.Vernon Coleman, has an uncensored but accurate opinion that the cure is worse than the disease. Some may not like the "diary" approach in the middle of the book, however this is good insight into how our minds interpret the information as it comes out. At the very start Vernon had excellent insight into the situation and immediately comprehended that it was blown out of proportion.Hopefully a lot of people will read this book and give serious thought to the damage that is being done. Perhaps we can restrain the government and media and restore some sense of intelligent action instead of the reckless destruction being wrought by the media and government currently. Keep in mind that this book was written in April and the data over the next few months has shown him to be very accurate in his assessment.

Thought Provoking
This book will put you in a state of deep thought. If if just a fraction of the predictions that were alluded in this book come to fruition we are in trouble. The future will be scary for most of us. The only fault I find in the book is the author’s inability to offer solutions for this unforsaken future.

A worthy skeptical analysis.
If, like me, you have questioned the current handling of pandemic by governments, this book will encourage you. Dr. Coleman clearly states his positions with conviction based in medical experience. His social views are based in keen observation. He assumes the role of wise elder at a time when the wisdom of elders is often demeaned in favor of trends and likes. Therefore, I see this book as a courageous statement in favor of Constitutional democracy and free speech in a time of lockdowns and violent rampages by censoring mobs.

It would have been better to read the book earlier
This book deals with what the author terms “the biggest hoax in history”. To get the book published he was not permitted to use the C-word about the pandemic, so I will not use it either; he has replaced the V-word with "inoculation”, so I will do that too. From the start Vernon has suggested that the “crisis” infection could be compared to the ordinary flu. The “cure” (the lockdown policies and the refusal to treat other patients to protect them from the infection) would kill far more people than the disease. In the book (published in 2020) the author summarizes what has happened so far (often repeating himself) and explains how he thinks our lives are going to be affected.Citizens have been turned into “fearful and obedient zombies”.Elderly people not even suffering from infectious diseases have been forced to die alone without being allowed to see friends or relatives. (This has been the case not only in the UK, which is the country Vernon primarily refers to, but in Denmark too, and probably in many other countries.)Churches were closed at a time when people greatly needed spiritual comfort.Vernon speculates that “the plan was to get rid of independent thinking, to force people to be fearful and obedient and to create poverty (poor people tend to be dependent). There is absolutely no doubt that the mortality figures have been massively exaggerated to support the position of governments around the world.”Experts tell us that we can catch the disease several times and thus will need constant inoculations. It will be explained that “the stuff from inside a syringe can somehow provide a level of immunity far greater than is possible with the disease itself.” Yes, we have been filled with fallacious propaganda about inoculation. He tells us that nothing will be as it was, and we are all going to pay a massive price for the global lockdowns. The British are extremely enthusiastic about the restrictions and 44% think they are not severe enough. The “conspiracy theory” says we have experienced a false emergency to enable politicians around the world to take control of our lives.Part Two describes “how we got into this mess” and Part Three describes and explains the future Vernon thinks we now have. Remember the book was published in 2020.Unfortunately, the book is somewhat dated, since much has happened since regarding inoculation. In Denmark, where I live, a C-passport is now required in order to get into practically everywhere, the law does allow us to exempt ourselves without having to show proof of this (and this is what I do) but most people seem to be unaware of this. As it is, huge fines are given by the police to punish those not wearing masks (at the station, for instance) when all they needed to do was to say they were exempt. (According to the law, at least; in actual fact, the police probably would not have accepted this and given them a beating into the bargain.)I was prevented from entering the public library since I didn’t have a doctor’s certificate to prove I was exempt from having a C-passport. This was illegal in that it transgressed one Danish law and one EU law. Subsequent to my writing to the library and pointing out the illegality of their behaviour, the head of the library wrote to me informing me that due to my e-mails they had changed their procedure and now permit one to enter the library merely by stating “I am exempt”, and I have now been able to use it again.Cancer and heart operations have been cancelled and more are dying from this than of the C-disease.The British government has apparently “imprisoned” and isolated everyone over 70, whereas in Denmark this has not occurred.Vernon is elderly, as am I. He states that the government “doesn’t give a stuff if we live or die”. “No one gives a damn about the elderly. We’re regarded as a useless burden. We’ve served our purpose – and now we can fade away.”Oldies will be denied NHS (National Health Service) care. They won’t qualify for being tested because they/we are too old to matter. Some GPs say they won’t visit old people. “If we fall ill and collapse then we’ll be left to die and slowly rot. (Vernon likes to dramatize.) I wonder if undertakers will be allowed in to collect us.”Some of Vernon’s predictions are incorrect. Brexit did in fact occur and, as far as I know, inoculation has not become compulsory. I'm not au fait with everything going on in the U.K., but if corona passports are made compulsory, many may feel obliged to get vaccinated so as to travel, get into restaurants, etc.The British government has admitted that the side effects of the “cure” (the lockdowns and so on) will result in 150,000 unnecessary deaths.Today the world is “pretty much one big police state”.Social distancing will have to be indefinite.Vernon tried to join Facebook but was not allowed because of “the need to protect the Facebook Community”. He suspects that someone on Facebook objects to him telling us the bold truth about the ‘crisis’.A doctor in an intensive care unit was wondering where the stroke victims, heart attack patients and so on had gone to. Vernon replies that they have all been abandoned. Most of them will be at home, and many will probably die there. The total number of deaths is much the same as it always is. The countries with no lockdown appear to have much lower mortality rates than those which do.The British government says that the over 70s will have to remain under house arrest until autumn 2022. For many this will be a life sentence. They will not be allowed to go to a café or restaurant, play sport, see friends or relatives or anything. He says this has nothing to do with protecting the over 70s but about “oppressing, isolating and excluding the elderly from society”.The population will never acquire herd immunity if people are locked away in solitary confinement. The Government is considering passing legislation to make it illegal to criticize inoculation online; anyone doing so will be classified as a terrorist. That will be the end of free speech in Britain. We will become a cashless society sooner than expected. The majority of eating and drinking establishments will struggle to survive, and prices will be higher. Some school pupils might have to repeat the whole year. As regards the hidden agenda of all this, Vernon states that “chunks of a population which remain uneducated and ignorant are much easier to control. They are less questioning and far more obedient.”Millions of jobs are going to be lost and companies go bankrupt. The authorities may decide to put a microchip or radioactive tracer into each inoculation. (Have they not already done so? I have seen on Facebook that magnets stick to the arms of those that have been inoculated, at the site of the jab. Is this not because a microchip has been inserted there?)He asks how many will be killed or made ill by the jabs. We now know, thousands. It might have been useful to have read the book as soon as it came out (which seems to have been in April 2020). But now I think many of us, at any rate all those interested, will already have learnt most of this information. It was a disadvantage for me that for some reason the book had no page numbers.I’m giving the book only 4 stars precisely because it may be of limited interest now in 2021, when we already know so much, and much new has happened since, for example, regarding inoculation. But, in my view, the work of this author is always relevant and worthwhile.

a valid (but supressed) response to current pandemic
Feedback on bookVery readableThis was written by retired doctor, who clearly has years of clinical experience. This short book is divided into 3 sections, the first he proven perceptions of previous 'health scares' that predicted mass fatalities. He has stated publically this was rubbish on several occasions – HIV and SARS to name a couple. And he was proved correct. But castigatedThe middle is his diary – only until AprilAnd the third component are his predictions for the future, particularly of the 'current first world'He does appear to rant and repeat the injustice he feels by telling all those over 70 to shield themselves to reduce their risk of infection. But when you remember these are diary entries, therefore repetition is not surprisingHis historical evidence of correct predictions is excellent – and the mainstream belittling him, even down to facebook apparently banning him.I don't do social media – and neither did he until this pandemic and he thought as his long standing website had mysteriously been 'banished' he would attempt to publish his concerns via that platform. It was not to beIt might sound paranoid but anyone with a modicom of sense will recognise that big pharma control many purse strings and purse strings call the shots. He is not 'towing the line' by what he states in this book, much of which cannot be argued with; they are established facts. Not all, but much of itAn awful lot of what is written had already been discussed by myself and other diverse professionals. These include mine clearance, police, electricians, plumbers, nurses, medical staff etc. I state this information to evidence the diversity of those discussing this. And our perceptions of this pandemicMortality figures are scewed, carefully acknowledged by this government; stating comparison with other countries is unfair as the data entered is different. And this is undoubtedly true. But the widespread reporting of death it is 'thought' was influenced by covid 19 (largely proven) has increased figures and fed the 'panic beast' designed to justify the actions undertaken. And justifies the ramifications of the lockdown that are just becoming evidentI am a Registered Nurse who has completed 49 years (so far) continuous nursing. I have seen many changes, contrary to a popular perceptions they are NOT all bad. The 'good old days'were not that good – nurses were doctors handmaidens, patient were passive recipients of what doctor dictated and pressure sores you could get your fist into were not uncommon.Medicine today involves big pharma and patients' big expectations. We rarely cure anything (except perhaps something like appendicitis by removing the offending appendix) but have got 'drugs' to reduce the symptoms of diseases such as diabetis, COPD, hear disease, hypertension etc. This has increased life expectancy and in most cases, the quality of the patients' life. But living longer costs money – and given the spending of 'pension pots' - is causing concern in financial circles. Financial markets are volatile, but somehow it doesn't always seem apparent that the bountiful years gets transferred, only dire warning about the lean years. And there appears to be a huge shortfallSo, an interesting book – should be read by all. Agree or disagree at least you will have seen some contrasting evidence to the twaddle churned out by many in the government.Statistics can say anything. This is a nasty bug, if you get it bad it is bad, really bad. And BAME seem to be the victims of really bad infection.I have nursed through the TB, HIV,SARS, Hepatitis (still highly prevelant and carried in all body fluids) etc epidemics and of course the one the press loved – MRSA infections. None of which I caught. This was for two reasons1. widespread availability of adequate and appropriate PPE2. we were taught face to face and assessed on our competence in using the appropriate PPE....and if we could not demonstrate understanding and fluidity of using then we failed and had to retrain until we did gain competence. You mustn't fail anyone nowadays, it might upset them.Nowadays, you are taught using e learning platform, no assessment – well a tick box, that if you get it wrong you just redo ticking different answers until you get the required percentage to pass. Or you get a colleague to do it for you. And you don't usually need 100% to pass – why on earth not? Using PPE inappropriately is widely acknowledged to INCREASE risk to both colleagues, staff and patients.E platform is quick, easy and cheap – all all too often not understood by those for whom english is not their first languageAnd under the 1974 H/S at Work Act the government has a legal duty to provide appropriate adequate safety equipment – well PPE is certainly this! And they failed, despite warnings each year and from WHO in 2019, but of course no-one will ever be held accountable. Just moved sideways, probably with a promotion. So yes this book is not perfect but is does demonstrate the widespread perception of the government response being conflicting, confusing, detrimental to the elderly and of course – utterly shambolic. That is not to say that ANY government would not have been as inconsistent; but undoubtedly they were very poorly prepared and at least some of this must surely be down to financial constringency (consistent governments for years had been warned of poor prepararedness but ignored the warnings ) and arrogance.Would responses have been more rapid/consistent if those in charge had a modicom of clinical knowledge or experience? Who knows; but this experienced clinician writing the book has certainly been 'sidelined' for not towing the line and having the temerity for not only thinking outside of the box but also stating it!Funny that, I always thought that freedom of speech was what my dad fought throughout the second world war for!

A well written insight into what's really going on
I came across Dr Vernon Coleman's work in the past month, as I have been going beyond what the mainstream media are telling us about the current "crisis", as it has felt like a total overreaction which will have huge consequences for generations to come. Dr Coleman, a former GP principal, once wrote regularly for the mainstream press until his views were seen to be out of step with the government lines on many health-related topics. But he has continued to write prolifically, with calmness, common sense and clarity on many topics, and his website is definitely worth delving into. He has also published a series of short videos on YouTube, at least one of which has been deleted for no good reason (as so many similar videos have been), and it's worth watching those while you still can. From the outset, Dr Coleman has felt that this "crisis" and the response to it (he was advised not to use the words "coronavirus" or "vaccine" in order to publish his book) is either the biggest hoax in history or down to bungling incompetence on the part of the government. Part One of this short book sets out how this "crisis" has unfolded, putting the figures in context (something which has been woefully lacking from the mainstream media reporting). He reports on the matter from his own clinical background and training, as well as his own experience of investigating and reporting on other medical "crises" over the years, and his conclusions, worrying though they are, are well reasoned and hard to resist.Part Two is fascinating. It is a diary of his notes made from the end of February until 22 April 2020. He writes from both his medical perspective, and also from the very personal stance of being in the "at risk" category (over 70) with a wife whose cancer treatment has been sadly suspended by the hospital so they can give priority to virus cases. We are all living through these times, but few of us have recorded it in such detail, with an eye on the bigger picture of where all this is heading. The human cost resulting from the government's decision to put the vast majority of its population under house arrest is strikingly clear from this part of the book, and far from protecting the sick and the elderly, the lockdown decision seems to be having the opposite effect.Part Three sets out Dr Coleman's reasoned predictions for how our lives could change in the "post crisis" future, set out in alphabetical paragraphs from Brexit to Travel. This makes for grim reading, but given how this "crisis" is unfolding, it all seems sadly believable, and we need to look ahead to how our lives are changing, perhaps for good. For example, the impact to our local high streets, the fact that many shops won't be able to reopen, and even if they do, if social distancing measures remain in place, it will make for a demoralising and sad experience (much as it is now). Also, the coming recession/depression will decimate pension funds, savings and investments will be pretty much wiped out and taxes are going to rise (the government has already said this will have to happen). And the impact on our children is truly worrying - even though there seems to have been no good evidence that children are at risk from this virus, schools have been closed down which will impact on learning ability and earning potential, not to mention the psychological impact. And for what benefit? It is not just Dr Coleman who is asking these questions and raising these concerns, but in this book, he has done so eloquently and in a way that hopefully even those who have been most frightened by this "crisis" can hear, and start asking their own questions. And that is basically his conclusion - we need to keep questioning what our governments are telling us, and always keep seeking the truth of the matter based on facts and not hysteria.

Very good!
Really enjoyed reading this and felt quite emotional at times having read an account of an elderly person experienced during the covid lockdowns. It's great at giving some perspective!

Time for a facelift and a new identity for the future me thinks!
I've read Vernon Coleman's books before. Mrs Caldicot's Cabbage War was a delight at telling the world that older people have guts and will rebel against corruptness and societies prisons for the aged, especially when there's a passionate brave and indignant leader like Mrs Caldicot. One who has the courage and strength to break away from the confines of a society that puts people to glorified orphanages? It's a great read.I've also read his political books. Some I chuckled at, others I thought in part have not come true, but 90% has. So I bought his latest book. I read it in a day. Everything he says is right. And it's terrifying for the future of anyone past 60 years old. But then books are meant to wake you up, to have you think out of the box. Test your beliefs; move you on, and maybe do something before everything Vernon Coleman says comes true.As my old lecturer said to me, when I was doing post-grad courses, 'If you learn one thing on a course, in an article or a book, then it's money well spent.' There was a lot I knew, but there were snippets of information that had me reconsidering my life in the future. One is a face-lift, so I look ten years younger. Plus a new identity (passport) And of course the ability to lie with a straight face, but then if I get the facelift and the botox that should be easy. But one thing jolted me, something that hadn't occurred to me at the time. Should have? As I consider myself ALERT. But I'm a mother and grandmother with sons Boris's age (it does render you senseless sometimes), so when BoJo went off to Chequers, his country retreat (for the duration of being Prime Minister), I thought, 'Bless him, he's poorly.' As mothers and grandmothers selfishly think. But he BROKE HIS OWN RULES - STAY AT HOME, meant your primary residence. That hadn't occurred to me until Vernon Coleman pointed this out. So he got me thinking out of the box on that one for sure! However, I can't help thinking Vernon Coleman's books would be better in story form. Based on the truth and facts. Other writers achieve this in their books without their websites banned or hard to find. And he did this well in Mrs Caldicott.Although having said that his website needs an update, the print is incredibly hard to read, young people today just won't read small "stuff" and they call it, and that's the people he needs to be aiming for, not converts. They are the group that needs to wake up. And Google? Well, Google does like freshness, masses of white space, lightness, images that are eye-catching, so I'm not convinced his site is banned because of his politics. Google will downgrade sites that are never changed or updated. On the book front, many books would be banned in China anyway. But I do believe actual events based in a thriller style still gets the message home and would suit Vernon's Colemans style of thinking and writing. The book was an interesting read but has a limited audience. 80% of people I know wouldn't read it, but they would if it was done in a storyline. But for those of my friends who like factual reads. Then I'd recommend any of his books. This one included. Plus the print in the book meant I didn't need reading glasses.
