Tektalk 1000 Piece Puzzles for Adults Jigsaw Puzzles for Adults (Tropical Island)

Initial impression was decent, the packaging was simple, the pieces looked sturdy and well coloured. With exception of the branding - sounds more like a mobile phone provider than a puzzle brand.That aside, when I started doing the puzzle - sadly, I noticed a handful of pieces had bits of the coating scratched off, or the coating started peeling off the piece. When I started doing the bit with the tree - pixelated image started being more obvious - and here I realized just how underwhelming quality puzzle it is. Feels like they just took a small image off the internet, scaled it up and printed it as a puzzle. Which is a shame, cause their selection of puzzles are really beautiful images, but it seems that is where the excitement ends.Piece out!

Loved this picture. Good quality print and pieces, even with a few excess glue marks. The pieces were multi shaped, not just standard H pieces. Included in the box was a full size poster, which was handy for identifying the orientation and location of pieces, although if you got really stuck, the pieces themselves had letter codes on the reverse to help too. I was however, very disappointed to have one piece missing, which despite an included manufacturer guarantee regarding missing pieces, contained no useful contact details other than a postal address in China, on the box! Postage to China would've cost me a further £1.45 just to write them a letter, requesting a replacement. I decided to fashion my own missing piece and glue a cut out section of the poster to it, which worked out fine.

This puzzle was a pleasure to do , the colours are lovely and the pieces are not the standard ones you get . Some of the pieces don’t actually lock together but this doesn’t matter when it’s all finished. Comes with a big poster of the picture and the pieces do have a code on the back for making it’s easier. I didn’t use the cheat way and found it not too hard to do.Only slight issue was there was an extra edge piece , thankfully not a missing one , and a little piece with part missing colour but this didn’t really detract from the finished product. Good quality pieces and easy to put together. All pieces were here and I like how they’ve included a card in the box telling you to get in touch if you have any issue with the puzzle. I also ordered the cat one along with the harvest jigsaw from these guys, I hope the quality is just as good :). Reasonable price for 1000 piece puzzle as others I’ve seen cost £20 or more just for one! Got three for a good price

This puzzle fitted easily together and is a good quality fit!It also beaks down for putting away really well! Highly recommend this company.Sometimes you have to take these pieces apart really carefully and it takes ages to put away! The alphabet on the back helps to with sharing out the puzzle. I did sections A-D and my husband did E-H.Job done!

This is a beautiful jigsaw with rich colours and an attractive and varied picture of a tropical island surrounded by sea and sea life. . The smaller than usual box includes a large poster to follow (which is attractive enough to pin on the wall). The cardboard pieces are a good quality. We haven’t finished the jigsaw yet so can only assume there will be no missing pieces!

Only just started this jigsaw. So used to cardboard jigsaw the pieces felt weird more plastic. However, this probably means bits won't fall off and should last longer. Also the pieces have letters on the back to help sort out where the puzzle goes. BUT A is not on the left but the right of the puzzle. Once you get your head around that it will help sort the pieces.

I bought this puzzle for my daughter to help her as she has been very poorly.... unfortunately she was so distressed as there were 2 pieces missing at the side and she couldn’t continue until all the edges were done !!! So I brought it home and did it myself . It was a hard puzzle to do but I did enjoy it even though the pieces were missing.
