DOME GLASS Galaxy Note 20 Screen Protector Full Coverage Tempered Glass Shield [Liquid Dispersion Tech] Easy Install Kit for Samsung Galaxy Note 20 - Two Pack

I have installed whitestone screen protectors on Samsung S8+ and Note 10 in the past with perfect installation of screen protector. It keeps the screen looking like new, doesn't scratch easy and has protected my phone. I have installed 5 of the DOME GLASS Galaxy Note 20 Screen Protectors. Every time, there is not enough liquid to install this screen protector properly. If there was 25% more liquid, i could properly install this product. I have reviewed the installation details and youtube videos repeating the process that is show there. Every time, I end up using a tube and 1/4 of the other tube in the 2 pack to install the protector. I have contacted customer service but they don't offer just the liquid as an extra part. Other than the liquid, I have no other issues with this product for the Samsung Note 20 5g.

The first time that I had purchased this screenprotector was for the Samsung Galaxy Note 10, and the experience was great, it took 4 months for anything to even happen to the screen protector and even with that, my screen is still protected and doing well. I love how the screen protector adds better and clearer vision to the device and protects from blue light. However, this screen protector is not made for fingerprint reading and I am so disappointed by that. On my note 10 i did everything as told, i re-register my fingerprint and it still wasn't reading it correctly, in order for me to get the screen to read my fingerprint. I had to lick my finger then press the finger on to the screen. That's ridiculous! 2nd time I bought the product, was for a Samsung galaxy s10, and the adhesive didn't glue properly because the screen protector now has huge bubbles in it, but the person I have got it for doesn't use fingerprint reading so the phone works fine. Now, 3rd time im buying this product for the Note 20, and I am disappointed, the base where the phone goes was uneven (yes I am sure it was not the table that I was using) when it was time to drop the adhesive on to the phone, It slid to the right side of my phone and I had to hold the base even before the absorbing pad took everything and in a rush i had to place the glass screen on to the glue, 2nd...they do not provide enough dust removal stickers and I am so tired of that. You cannot provide a 2pack package but not enough supplies for 2, so now I have no dust removal sticker, and now that the screen protector is installed, i noticed that my device is responding slow, and reading the fingerprint very slowly, even telling me at times that it cannot read my fingerprint and no its not my phone because I just bought and received the phone two days ago.So honestly, this company needs to calm down their prices and focus more on the quality of their products because they do not add up. Provide more supplies, double check your bases and make sure that they are stable, and figure out what the problem is with the fingerprint reading part, or else, just start advertising this product for people that do not use fingerprint reading.If you are a person looking for a screen protector thats good quality and great fingerprint reading. THIS PRODUCT IS NOT THE ONE. you will struggle with your fingerprint reading.

This is the fifth or sixth Whitestone screen protector I've installed, going back to my Samsung S7 Edge. Installation is a bit difficult, and even with past experience, I screwed-up the first time I tried on my Note 20. Here's some tips:1. Open the package, find the instructions, and throw them in the garbage.2. Go to YouTube and find the install video. Watch it. Watch it again. Then play and pause as you install.3. Covering the speaker is VERY IMPORTANT. Don't skip this step!4. Covering the microphone holes on the top and bottom edge is also important.5. Once you're ready to place the protector on the phone, be prepared to move QUICKLY. - - Have the protector in one hand, the guide bar in the other. - - Place the protector on the phone. It will contact the glue and cause the glue bubble to start moving. - - IMMEDIATELY put the guide bar in place watch the glue bubble. It will only take a second or two. - - Remove the pin quickly to drop the protector into place - - Wait 60 seconds for the glue to spread to all parts of the protectorThe install may be difficult, but the result is worth the effort. Once installed properly, the protector is invisible (except for the edges), and the screen feels and functions exactly as it did without the protector. Ultrasonic fingerprint reader works flawlessly (I did not have to re-register my fingerprints or change sensitivity). The pen works perfectly and smoothly. I have no problems with any of my cases interfering with or lifting the protector (3 different Spigen cases). I current have a Whitestone protector on my Note 20, S20 FE and Note 10 Plus with the same results.My only complaint is I feel Whitestone should include a third tube of glue. You get two protectors and two tubes of glue, but the chances of screwing up your first install are pretty high. Especially with a flat (as opposed to curved) edge protector, which tends to bow down and cause the glue to start moving before you're ready.

Kinda long review but I like informative ones so. 🤷‍♀️ Was extremely frustrated with all the different glass screen protectors I've tried and the fingerprint scanner would never work at all. The TPU protectors were the only ones I read that were thin enough for it to work but I am way too clumsy to have one on any phone. I read and watched sooo many reviews and finally got to these. Figured I'd try them, even though everyone said they were hard to put on. Well, I watched the official instruction video on Youtube while doing it and it was actually easy, plus the fingerprint scanner does work so that was my main concern. I haven't had it on long so no input on how it holds up to being dropped yet but I'm sure it will be just fine.

I've used this product many times, 1st on my Samsung Note 8 (still on and in good shape), then on my Note 10, here I have had to replace the protector twice as the phone seemd to flex and crack the Dome Glass, that said went with a slightly more robust phone case and the issue has not happened again in over a year.Then my wife bought a Note 20, in about 3 weeks the edges started to lift, I've replaced this one 3 more times and unfortunately the same issue keeps happening oddly enough in the same corner and edge.It seems strange that the curved edge screens of the Note 8, and 10 don't have issues for me, yet a flat screen does!!The product is great, installation is tedious, but the end result is great protection!

Studied the video, first attempt's adhesive did not cover all of screen, tried with again with second set and had better results but still not fully covered

Bought this as it seems to be the best glass screen protector, not easy to put on - watched the video several times but still managed to get a couple of air bubbles under the protector. Screen still seems sensitive to the Note20 stylus. If there had been no air bubbles I would be much happier.

A product of a very high quality. One dissatisfaction, why I found only 2 tubes of glue when normally there should be 3, an extra one as is the case and the package with 1screen protection has 2 tubes of glue??? Did anyone open it before it was sent?
