Q: Does these come with a charger amd different size ear inserts?

All of our products come with the charger and three different size tips!

Q: Just received the headphones, after turning on and connecting, they just turn off? Defective? 50% battery charge.

I just had this same problem, they were working, started at 80% battery, then after 1.5 hour ride, they just shut off and now won't start up and don't show charging on charge station and the reset does not work. ARGHH!!!!

Q: Are these actually for sale on amazon? Why the delay in shipping?

I received mine on time. No delays.

Q: can I use comply foams tips with these?

No, it uses only the ones they come with, I was using Jaybirds X2 with foams replacements for years until they dead a month ago and wanted another ones with the same quality but found out these ones do not need them and the fit is just great, I definitely recommend these ones as an upgrade.
