Airbags for shoulders, arms and calves. heat function to lower back. Zero gravity mode.Comfort: the chair is quite comfortable to sit 180lb guy. my wife 5' 3" cannot get benefit of the neck rollers. I am 6' and the calf massager is ineffective for me. My friend is 5' 10" and it was perfect for him. I would say if you are between 5' 6" to 5' 10", this will be a best fit for you to enjoy all functions.The chair has a default 15 minute program, it runs all functions alternately. One button press makes you float at zero deg anytime during the operation (or gets you out of this mode). If you are heavyUpdate after about 16 months:Me and wife use the massage chair daily, before hitting the bed. Has worked with no issues till date. We use the 15 minute default full body massage session. Very happy with the purchase and highly recommend it.I wonder what is the difference between this massage chair and the 4000$ ones????

Was very excited to get this chair, had tested it out at a friends house and it was amazing!!!, Unfortunately when receiving the package I noticed the packaged was damaged and when I opened it the chair itself was damaged. I have returned it and waiting for a refund. The only thing I really didn’t like was when I decided to return the package it was on me to take it to the UPS store, luckily I have a larger car and it fit, but it was really heavy and would of made more sense if they picked it up. Instead I just got told to send photos which had issues loading when sending to them. Seems like a real hit or miss on quality only but if you feel like gambling.

Some assembly required but easy to do, worked first time and does an excellent job! Works great on feet, back and neck, arms, legs. I’d recommend it to all. Great value too!

I absolutely love This chair it’s worth the money . One thing I would change is the pressure .. because the level goes up to 3 ,,,, and if it went up to 5 that’ll be super super perfect for my husband 3 is just right for me .. but it still gets the job done , it feels great to both of us . I love it .

The media could not be loaded. This chair is awesome as you can tell by my daughter enjoying it in the video. Easy for me (a small woman) to assemble myself. Only has 2 screws and a couple color coded air tubes to connect. No tools required. Delivery was faster than expected.Massage has a good pressure, feels more pressure when in zero gravity.We love the massage, we love the price and we love the compact size.Highly recommended!!!!!!

It came with a slight crack in the rear of the body near the screw. I am not sure if that was due to the packaging or the transportation. However it has not affected the functioning of the chair. We have been very pleased with functions and it was worth the money since the pandemic has made it uncomfortable to go to a masseuse.

The sides of the chair was broken/cracked. Couldn’t feel the foot massage unless sitting up, was expecting it to adjust to size. You feel the best effect when chair is leaned back but you won’t feel the foot massage, so that’s a bummer. We’re sending it back. Not what we expected and feel the price is a little high after trying it out, it could be worth around $300.00

First, I'd like to explain that, this review is not going to show me as a verified buyer, because for some reason my order page shows that this chair hasn't arrived yet, even though we've had it for a couple of months. Normally, I don't review this type of item until I've had it long enough to see how durable it is, but I had trouble finding the answers to my questions, and I keep receiving questions about this chair in my e-mail, so I think reviewing it now might answer some people's questions.I purchased the black one with kind of a tan lining for my adult son (who is 5'4" and 95 lbs.). I have a small frame as well, and this chair fits us well, but the neck massager bops me in the head instead of doing anything to my neck. The back massager is hard. Neither my son nor I have any 'meat on our bones', so we find the back massage to be painful. I was left with some bruising. My husband (who is 6' and - well, he wouldn't want me to announce his current weight, but he's not a small guy) loves a rough massage, but unfortunately, he can't fit in this chair. He would have had difficulty fitting even when he was physically fit, simply because the part of the arms that have air bags for your arms make it difficult for someone that is not petite to get their bottom down to the seat, even if their bottom would fit the seat itself.One thing that I hadn't thought of when purchasing this items was comfort of the chair when it's not turned on. We previously had a massage recliner that was very comfortable when not turned on. That is NOT the case with this chair. I am lightweight, so the balls (or whatever they are) that massage in the seat portion are only mildly uncomfortable through the pad when I'm sitting in the chair. The ones in the back, however, are awful. It never occurred to me that the chair would be useless unless one was actually getting a massage. So, with my son and I not using the massage abilities of the chair, it is of no use to use, as it is uncomfortable to sit in as a regular chair.It arrived in 3 boxes, several days apart. I was expecting this, but it turned out to more annoying than I'd expected, as the boxes we had received took up quite a bit of space. It would have been easy to put together, but we were missing some parts. The bottom of our chair had substantial damage to it, even though the box it arrived in showed no signs of damage.All of the electrical stuff or whatever it's called work, because the airbag things, massaging functions, and reclining ability all function.This would be a great chair for someone that likes a hard massage and has a special place to put it. We, unfortunately, only have our living room, and this chair (that can't be used as a chair) took the place of some much needed seating. If the chair was bigger, my husband would have loved it for the massage function, but again, without it being comfortable as a normal seat, I'm not happy with it. I assumed it would function as a normal chair (just look a bit different), like the massage recliners, so I made the mistake of not going to a store and trying one before purchase.I regret this purchase. It is not right for my home or my family. I could see, though, where it would work for someone else. So, I would strongly suggest that you try one before you purchase one. Make sure that it fits the family member/s that you're buying it for. Make sure you have space for a chair that won't be used as often as most furniture in your home, or come up with a plan to try to give it extra padding for when it's not being used for the massage functions. Make sure it gives you the type of massage that you find enjoyable. Just check one out first.If you do decide to buy this one, inspect it carefully, as looking at other reviews, it appears that the one we received damaged was not a fluke. Well, I hope this helps.Oh, some questions I've received regarding measurements. The base is fully under the chair when the chair is in zero gravity position, so the measurement of the chair in the reclining position is approximately 64" from head to toe. The seat portion is approximately 20" wide and 17" deep, but remember what I said about the arm air things - they are firm and stick out over the seat portion, reducing the width on your way down to the actual seat.I know I've talked mostly about the things that didn't work for my household with this chair, so I thought I'd end with a bit of positive. I really like the foot massage. I think there is probably a less expensive product that could provide that, but I do enjoy the foot portion of the chair. The foot portion is only about 9" deep, so I'm not sure if it would be as enjoyable for some, but I wear a size 6 shoe and really like that part of it. The heat portion of the chair would also be nice, but the chair isn't comfortable for us, so once I find a way to add additional padding, I'm not sure we'll be able to feel the heat.
