nice but check your valve
These are great looking trim levers that feel well-made. I got the Atrio valves as specified. The problem with the valves (which are great valves) is that they only turn in one direction (counter clockwise when turning on and clockwise when off). The handles can be started at any point. By that I mean they can be placed so that when they are off they are at 3:00 or 12:00, etc. However, I have four of these in a square pattern (body sprays) and wanted them to all be pointed with the longer side facing to the outside of the shower when off (left ones at 9:00 and right 3:00) and then turn them down to turn them on. Since the valves can't be reversed, this won't be possible. Still, I like them and am happy with my purchase.

Disappointed
DisappointedI've bought Grohe products for years, for several large renovation projects, and have been very happy until now. In the past, I found Grohe's products to be more expensive then other name-brand bath fixtures, but of a higher quality. This does not appear to be the case anymore. I just received, and had my plumber install, about $2000 worth of Grohe fixtures for several bathroom, as part of a large renovation. Having used Grohe products seveal times over the last 15 years, I ordered them sight unseen. This was a mistake. Many of the parts of my new shower valve trim kits and hand-showers, are coated plastic that feel both flimsily and cheap. All of the products were ordered with a polished chrome finish. Grohe's website and product-specs describe the finish as follows:"Our dazzling chrome finish is in a class of its own thanks to the pioneering GROHE StarLight® technology. Our chrome plating process, refined over the past several decades, creates deep even layers of nickel and chromium. GROHE polished chrome is known as one of the best surface finishes in the world. The result is a lustrous, mirror-like sheen that is soil repellent, scratch resistant, and non-tarnishing. GROHE StarLight® ensures a color-fast, good-as-new appearance for years to come."This description is misleading. While some pieces of the products may in fact be metal plated, many of the parts are not. Metal plating is a surface covering in which a metal is deposited on a conductive surface. (Look it up if you aren't sure what metal plating means). Plastic is not conductive. You cannot apply "chrome plating" to plastic.I'm hopeful that the products will last; and am confident that they will not are in fact "non-tarnishing"... since plastic can't tarnish. However, I am disappointed and believe that I am the victim of false (or at least intentionally misleading) advertising.

Best company to buy from
I love this product, Grohe is the best company to buy from. No matter how many times I emailed this company requesting information or replacement parts they were right on it, no hassle and no extra cost. Very pleased with my purchase.
