Great product for the price. I am a person who changes my pillow set every 6 months and the fact that this purchase comes in a pack of 5 really helps. The pillows were delivered within days of my orders all vacuum packed in a cardboard box. The pillow fluffed up to the original size withing 5 minutes. Ideally will be quicker if you fluffed it yourself like I did. it was out of the packet and ready to use. I use pillow covers over the pillow to keep my pillow relatively clean.It is a very soft pillow and does not do much in terms of proper support but then I use 2 and i love the softness and squishiness that it offers.
