Dandy Annual 2013

This Dandy Annual brings back so many memories.This is the one and only NEW copy I have ever owned. As a youngsterdue to shortage of cash, my Mum would buy me old/back copies in jumble sales .I am only sorry that I did not keep them( probably worth a few bob now ?). The only negative point is the fact that the book is PRINTED in CHINA which is a shame because it tends to take away the full enjoyment of owning one of the last Dandy editions.

Nice to have the annual, as a child I was a Desperate Dan fan. When things go pear shaped he says "Aw, shucks!" and tries something different. I have found that very helpful.The annual is a well produced and well researched book and repays detailed reading. A remarkable book.

Bought this for my other half - he loves Beano and Dandy. Couldn't find this in the shops anywhere. It was expensive but as it was a Christmas gift and tradition dictates I buy it for him I had no choice but to pay the high price!

Bought it to add to his collection. We have been buying for nearly 25 years.. This is the next one and I do believe it may be the last. Very sad to say the comic has gone out of production but the annula remais just as always.

This is a 'how things used to be present' for my wife. I'm sure she'll love it........if she doesn't then I'll get to read it all the sooner..It arrived in quick time and as you would expect it was well packaged.

Good fun, plenty of cartoons inside. Gave it to a 12 year old boy to introduce him to the much talked about Dandy as it comes to an end!

As a kid I always had these in my Christmas stocking, so I was very sad to see the comic come to an end, so bought this as a note to the end of an era!
