I use this to make mayonnaise and it turns out good. I do not think this is organic but I use it anyway for the price. I have bought Kevala tahini in the past so I am familiar with this brand and I have never been disappointed.

I loved that it has a very high smoke point.

+good quality+good price if purchased in large container+high temp+good taste-slightly expensive-can spoil if directions are not followedI have purchased and repurchased this stuff. Avocado oil, if you don't know, is awesome. High temp like rapeseed, flavory like olive, and rumored to be healthy. All I know is that I can cook my steak hotter with this stuff and less smoke than other oils, and the oil flavor is better too (if you like avocado). Avocado oil is expensive, but buying it in big things like this helps with that. The bigger you can buy, the better the price. This brand is top notch.

I think this is our 8th or 9th jug of this stuff. It's simply the best tasting and an awesome value for the money. We won't stop getting it unless they stop selling it.We've also never had an issue with shipping as they take great care packing this stuff up. It comes with the lid taped and in a box that it actually fits in so it doesn't roll around very much. What Amazon does with it is another matter altogether but because of the way this company packs it you don't very little much chance of it getting damaged in shipping.
