Faucet is nice. The only issue is the black metal trim piece that the handheld spray nozzle sits in is flat, so when you turn off the water after using the spray nozzle, the water dribbles down the nozzle head and pools on top of the metal trim piece, so next time you pick it up the water all drips down that hole. This could be fixed if the company made that black metal piece pitched slightly to shed water. I can't comment on the longevity, as I just installed it, but it seems to be built well and I would give 5 stars if it didn't pool water around the shower nozzle.UPDATE: The company actually contacted me and told me they were going to implement the change I suggested and send the updated piece to me. I haven't installed it yet, but it looks exactly like what I suggested and should work perfectly. I also mentioned to them that one of the hoses that was sent had a leak in it and they sent me a new set free of charge. I'm very impressed by the customer service and the company's effort to improve their product based on customer feedback. I've updated my review to 5 stars because this alteration should solve the only issue I had with the product, plus amazing customer service.

We did a master bath remodel finally purchased this roman faucet. It was packed well and arrived promptly. This faucet is very high quality and look of the fixture itself is sleek and modern. It has great water flow and no issues with installation. The valves operates smoothly and the hand wand is easy to manipulate. I'm so pleased with this product and this company. Very good customer service! Prompt message reply for any inquires. Would recommend to anyone looking for an affordable tub faucet.

I hired a master plumber to install this and because of my special tub situation it took them a little longer to do it but it looked very simple to do. But we can understand that simple doesn’t mean easy. It was easy for me to watch the insulation! It functions well. I wish the hose for the sprayer was longer. That would be my only complaint. It would be nice also to not have the brand imprinted on the faucet. I would recommend this item.Update: They reached out to me to make it right. They will be sending me a Fossett handle without the logo and offered a customized hose. I asked for twice the length which is about 60 inches, I believe. I am very happy with the product as well as their post sales customer service!

Wow remodeling a bathroom is stressful! Not only do you have to choose all the materials from every tile to each fixture, you buy the materials hoping that it will all look good together once it’s installed. For my bathtub I decided to go for the Wowkk Waterfall Roman Tub Faucet. This set looked beautiful online, with the super clean lines and the awesome waterfall faucet head. It also fit my husband’s only requirement which was it needed to be made entirely of a solid material “no flimsy plastic wrapped in a so called metal coating.” Once it came we were even more impressed, this thing is solid brass and heavy enough to use in zombie defense lolz. Once our plumber installed it, we stood there for about an hr admiring the shiny new faucet in all its glory. One thing my husband noticed was that the shower head rest was flat. He told me to make sure I allowed all the water to drain before I put the shower head back or water would flow back into the hole and cause water damage. I decided to reach out to the company (without much hope, we all know what most customer service is usually like) to see if I could purchase a new shower head rest so that I wouldn’t have to think about water damage each time I was trying to enjoy a bath. I found a phone number with local US area code and called it, to my surprise someone actually picked up!!! Kelly was the specialist on the other end of the line. After texting pictures back and forth Kelly concluded that the company was going to send me a new shower head rest!!! Besides Apple, I’ve never experienced this level of customer service. They stand by their products and they were responsive to all my questions. I’m pretty sure this faucet is going to outlast us all but Wowkk is def the first place I’ll search for all of my remodel needs. Thanks Kelly!!!

It is beautiful and heavy duty with well packaged. My plumber requested 42” water lines with 3/8”as needed for our new project. Kelly from Wowkk is really enthusiastic and helpful. They sent the longer water lines to me and received in couple of days. My plumber did the installation and said it was pretty straightforward. Love the waterfall design so much and it is great water flow. Overall a great buy and super happy with this purchase! Such a beautiful, sturdy product and fantastic customer service. Will definitely purchase more from this seller.

I’m not a big fan of writing reviews. I have decided to write this for the impressive customer service received from Wowkk. Ordered on Saturday and got the first shipment today. The faucet is absolutely beautiful an well built. The brushed nickel color is amazing, the sturdiness is obvious even when is not installed yet. Before I bought it, I’ve read bad reviews regarding the handheld shower’s base that could make the shower drip water inside the deck because it was too flat. They redesigned that piece to avoid that problem and are shipping a new designed piece separately plus the hot and cold lines customized to 3/8” as I asked. All of this in addition to the original pieces on the box. The packaging is excellent. Their customer service is a USA number and they answer your calls and messages immediately. They are really willing to please the customers in all the requests. I don’t like to buy overseas and I prefer to use American brands but the prices are going insanely to the roof on this item. As I am on a strict budget to remodel my bathroom, I will give it a try and paid a third of the price that I will pay buying from local stores. I will update the review after the faucet is installed and used.
