Perfect
Worked perfect for a Carefree of Colorado Eclipse series awning. It was a complete awning motor with the quad gears and brackets. The major improvement from OE is that they went from two screws to three. On the idler side (the opposite end) it’s important to add additional rivets or screws; this will reduce play. Probably a thirty minute install - six screws + one for the covers, one nut holding the motor to the arm and three screws on the end cap. Make sure you have two six foot ladders and someone to hold the awning as you install the new unit. Perfect fit.

Motor assembly for Carefree awning
after 10 years of full-time living and lots of use, I think the original motor weakened some on my 2010 Winnebago..In 65mph sidewinds, driving at 60mph, it started allowing the large 18' awning to unfurl about 6 inches. Had to tape the arms to the coach for remainder of trip. Found that the stress of the wind opening the awning, bent the gear alignment a bit. Allowing the motor to unfurl the awning, but slipping gears prevented it from rolling it back up, without help by pushing on the arms..Ordered this replacement motor assembly from Amazon, an exact replacement, fairly easy to remove the old, and install the new. All working properly again.

Perfect fit but motor not powerful enough to start awning retraction
My 2013 Itasca has the Carefree Eclipse 20 foot electric awning. Over a period of 7 years I have replaced the motor twice. This last failure was due to a worn driven gear bushing which caused the small motor drive gear to slip when retracting the awning. The R001104BLK replacement gear set corected the problem but the new included motor was not powerful enough. So I swapped my old motor in and all is good. Delivery was on time and replacement part fit perfectly.

Didn't fit and stole my money.
Unfortunately I ordered this product and it didn't fit. No big deal right? So I returned it not a problem. The problem came when I was supposed to get my refund of $216. Instead of crediting back the $216 they issued a Amazon credit. Of course I had to already fork out another $200 for the right part so I wasn't really interested in a refund to Amazon. I believe they stole my money and I will never be business with them again.

This part was easy to install as it's held by one bolt
This part was easy to install as it's held by one bolt. Rested awning on ladder and changed easy if you take your time! Exact fit.

Same but different
According to Carefree it’s exact match. Much like others have posted missing a gear drive on the new one and the motor is too weak to drive the awning in properly. Still having issues with awning retracting will look at other options.
