Not sure. But my son is 6'1 and 195 and the male XL fits just about right.

Q: Can you wear these in a uspa powerlifting meet?

Yes I competed in USPA meet last month and wore it.

Q: What size should i get if i'm 5'11 weighing 140-145 pounds slim build?

My son who wears the extra small, 5'5 120. He may get one more year out of it. I'd probably go with the small due to length
