This Kalimba exceeded all expectations. It came way earlier than it was expected to. It's beautiful, the finish is smooth and the sound is lovely. One tine was off key but the included hammer made it easy to get right. The quality is way higher than the low price I paid for it and I'm definitely going to get another. I bought this one for my son and I want one for myself!

The Kalimba arrived on time, in excellent shape, and already tuned. The craftmanship is beautiful as is the box it came in. The keys have notes engraved on them. Comes with plastic thumb covers, hammer, instruction book that also has some songs, stickers to place on the keys (if desired), microfiber cloth to clean it, and carrying clutch.Note, this is an instrument that needs to be held with both hands. Placing it on a surface prevents the sound from reverberating in the wood. You may be able to attach plastic dots/bumpers on the back, I've not tried it.

Got it for my kid who found some of the keys were hard to play. Even the ones in the middle hurt finger tips after a few flicks.

Bought this as a gift for our grandson who played one at our house and wanted his own. Good sound, very attractive product.. we're going to make some good family music together. We also bought two others which have been given to siblings of the first grandchild, same comments, they saw, heard and played his and wanted their own!!

The highest pitch key would not resonate. I didn’t know how to tune. Returned original, waiting for tepjscement
