Even bakes and easy clean up
I really enjoy these pans. They are well made, not flimsy and easy to clean up. I have made rolled cakes, biscuits and cookies in this pan. Properly prepared, none of the baked good have stuck to the pan. All my bakes have browned evenly. It requires handwashing for clean up, which I don’t mind. Having nice things means taking care of them.

Nice solid pan
I use a silicone baking sheet and this well made pan worked baking cookies - keeping the bottoms all even, even though my oven doesn't hold the temperature steady and probably has hot spots.

Great
Perfect pan. I don’t have to use parchment paper unless I want to. Cleans like a dream.

KISS: Keep It Simple Silly....
This is a really well made product. It has has heft. Just keep in mind that it will still warp in the oven (they all do) but because this is made of a heavy gauge steel, it won’t pop on you and end up splattering you with hot sauce. It slowly warps as it heats and then slowly unwraps as it cools, so it’s more controlled. Good quality oven pans are really inexpensive (I mean $15-20 bucks... 4-lattes, really?!) Buy a heavy gauge pan, take care of it with a Brillo pad from time-to-time, and you’ll have it forever! Last, if you want to avoid the chemicals from non-stick coated pans, just by this and use a silicone mat!

Inexpensive Basic Sheet Pan
Fairly heavy, but slightly soft aluminum. Arrived with a small, but insignificant dent.In my kitchen, this sort of pan is mainly as a drip pan under pies and roasts.I also use it for roasting vegetables.Non-stick pans would have issues in these dry and high-heat applications, so I needed a simple uncoated half-sheet pan. This pan has done the job at a good price. There are better pans out there, but this one does the jobs I bought it for at a price I'm happy with.

Perfect pans!
These pans are perfect. I worked in a bakery for years, and even though these are not the same brand [ours were much, much older] they bake just as well, if not better. I use coconut oil to grease for things like brownies, which come out perfect all the way through, nice and fudgy with about 1/4 in of slight chew. No crisp edges here! I actually have 4 of these now in 1/2 sheet size, and will be doing 3 layer cake for 300 with them. I also use them for everyday cooking as well. From chicken strips to fish wrapped in puff pastry, everything comes out perfectly browned, and never burnt.I never have had a problem with these pans sticking. But I always either grease, paper, or silpat. Anyone who wants to up their game in the kitchen should be doing these things anyway. These are non coated aluminum, and will get super funky looking if you run them through the dishwasher. I just wash them with the regular side of my sponge with hot water and soap. The 'scratchy' side of a sponge will most likely leave marks.

Quality sheet pan
I've gone through many cookie sheets. I bake often and a lot around the holidays. Last year I bought two heavy duty Cuisinart half sheet pans for cookies and they alter the way my cookies came out. I didn't like them. They were awesome for other things such as roasting veggies and potatoes, but not baking. So back on the search I went. I read about Fat Daddio's bakeware and decided to give them a try. This is a great pan. I followed the instructions for Fat Daddio's pans--lower the temp for all recipes by at least 25 degrees because the pans are more efficient and I had no problems so far, but I've only used it for cookies. The pan is solid--quality. This is not a pan to go into the dishwasher so if you prefer the ease of something going into the dishwasher--then this pan isn't for you. I don't have an issue there, I tend to hand wash even the ones that can go in the dishwasher only because I find they are a pain to put in the dishwasher. I didn't have warping issues or discoloration. It's an added bonus using a lower temp to cook. Wondering why all pans are not more efficient. Possible a small electricity saver.
