Functional and stylish.
I needed something to control the clutter and store my wet shaving gear on the bathroom counter. Looks great, keeps things neat, and let things air dry.Bowl is smaller than a disk of shave soap but I get glycerin based so I melt them and pour/fit it in.Overall I love this. Exactly what I wanted.

Stand ok, bowl and brush are not.
The stand and bowl are good quality and look great but the brush itself isn't good. The brush doesn't whip up a good lather no matter what I try, wheter its adding more cream or water it just doesn't seem to whip up good. The brush knot itself seems more on the skinny side.04/12/22 *update* the pain on the bowl is now peeling off and there are visible scratch marks on the interior of the bowl, I have only used a brush to whip a lather so it makes me wonder the quality of the bowl. Do not recommend.

The stand holds all of my brushes. Also, various shaver handles fit. TOO EXPENSIVE!
Way too expensive for what it is, but it is the best I can find. The metal bowl and stand work perfectly together. The stand does not wobble and is very sturdy while holding the cup, brush and shaver. Each of the various full-sized brushes and shaver handles I have...fit. However, the included brush is useless for me. I gave the included little cheap'o brush to my wife to use when she dusts her sewing machines. She thinks it's perfect for that. SCORE!

Great product
Got this for my husband as a gift. He loves it. Holds his razor perfectly, very sleek in looks so doesn’t make the bathroom tacky, doesn’t take up much space at all, and the bowl is perfect for his shaving needs! 10/10 would buy again!

Well made small and convenient
It looks great and holds my razor well. The brush is pretty nice too.

Quality for The cost
Build is very nice for the inexpensive cost of item & brush bowl holder... The bowl doesn't have an inset piece to hold soap but should mix well over time of soap blending to bowl

Perfect for me as a beginner
As described, looks good on the sink and does what it's supposed to. Holder takes my safety razor, but would probably fit the cartridge type too.

Not good at all
This product was really disappointing. The brush is really low quality. The stand will fit the included brush, but is too small to fit most other brushes I tried. The bowl is okay, but on the small side for my preference. It looked larger to me in the photos. The razor holder is too large and doesn't have any sort or raised lip or catch to hold the razor from slipping off.I like the idea of this product and design, but the execution is very poor.

Does the job
Does the job just fine. Solid value proposition. The brush can be beat up, and the stand won't topple easy even if you have a bulky razor.

Fancy, sturdy, works well & great for keeping tidy
My partner has used a shaving brush and gel for the entire time he's had facial hair and his badger brush gave up recently. I've never seen such a fancy shaving brush stand for a man before - I'm pretty jealous of it myself! It's now living on our bathroom shelf as it looks so good. He's finding the synthetic brush works just as well and close as his previous model.Pros:• Lovely sleek design: all black, matte colour looks really smart• Synthetic brush: being used to a badger brush we weren't sure what to expect with this one. After using it once he seems to be a convert - it's so soft and works up a fantastic lather• The stand is elegant and sturdy: it's really simple, looks great, and allows your accessories to dry properly (you can hang your razor on the other side!)• Stainless steel bowl: doesn't rust, seems to not scratch easily and doesn't slip in soapy hands eitherCons:• NoneI love this bowl. It forces my partner to be tidy and keep all of his shaving things in one place, and it looks really neat and expensive too! It's functional and as it's designed for shave gels and soaps you tend to get a better selction with these products than foams. I'd highly recommend this as a gift for your partner or anybody who likes this style of shaving - it is so nicely presented, is fantastic quality and is something that will definitely last.

Nice minimalist shaving set. 🧔 🪒
Shaving is one of those little luxuries that men have always been allowed to indulge a little bit of money on. The type of razor & the paraphernalia that go along with it are a very personal choice.Despite having had a beard since I was at school I do shave my neck & keep the cheek-line neat & tidy. Plus I've collected antique razors & other shaving equipment for years but have never used one of the new synthetic haired brushes before. Badger, boar or horse hair has always been my brush of choice so I was interested to give it a go.The set arrives in a fairly plain black cardboard box, inside you have the stand, bowl & shaving brush. The stand is a fairly minimalist & austere affair [as is the whole set]. They say its matte black but mine has a slight shine so I'd say more of a satin finish, the finish being a zinc alloy coating. The actual stand is made of stainless steel, so between that & the coating it hopefully shouldn't rust over time. It comprises of a saucer like bowl holder, an upright metal rod with the brush & razor holder sitting atop it.The bowl is quite small [8 cm⌀ at the lip] so quite a small space for working up a lather. Its double insulated to keep your lather warm & is finished in the same materials as the stand. The brush I'm not so keen on, the synthetic hair does an okay job of working up a lather, not quite as nice as a "silver-tip" hair one but good enough. Its the handle I don't like. They don't say what its made of, just a "rubber like" material. But it feels greasy in the hand, especially wet soapy hands, so I prefer a nice wooden handle. The razor holding section holds a variety of razors, from classics like the old "Rolls-Razor", to the ubiquitous "Safety-Razor", modern multi-blade monstrosities & even old & new styles of cut-throats.The whole set does its job, lathers well, cleans up nicely afterwards, allows the brush to dry between uses as it also does for the razor.Though I've said its quite austere looking I think that's a good thing. A lot of stands can be a bit garish, so this one will fit in nicely in a contemporary modern bathroom & not take up too much space.Would make an ideal present for someone just starting out on their shaving days or for someone wanting to upgrade from those horrific disposable ones made by a certain pen & lighter manufacturer.
