Bought this to get a more streamlined look. I have a bigger bulkier one the kind that goes over your head and it covered both ears. I wanted one that had only one ear cover. I don't know if it has noise-cancellation since I have one of my ears uncovered. The head band is ok and it stretches up to a certain point which is fine for me. The mic is adjustable and you can wear the headset either side that is your left or right ear. I decided to add a "boom" (?) sponge cover thing over the mic just to reduce any harshness of the T or D sounds or harder consonants when I talk (just in case). I purchased those mic sponge covers from Amazon a year ago and it comes with 15 pieces so I had extras.The only complain I had with this headset is that the cord is a little too short. I could use another 6"-8" longer so I can also attach more comfortably to my desktop too. it's just a little too short. So I am looking for an extension to make it longer, to plug into my mac. On a good note, I LOVE how you just plug and play with this headset.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  I bought this for work because all I do is sit on the phone for most of my day and after awhile my neck starts to hurt when trying to type and talk at the same time. With this headset, it makes it so much more convenient for me to not just talk to clients but I'm able to type a lot faster without having to constantly adjust the headset or finishing the call and end up with a kinked neck. I have something similar at home for the times I have to work from home but that I needed to have 2 headphones whereas for work, I only need the one headphone so I can hear if someone comes in my office or if I'm needed somewhere else. With this headset, I can hear the most quietest of clients and for the ones who are just loud talkers, I'm able to turn the volume down. I was worried that some wouldn't be able to hear me because majority of the people I speak to are older and some do have hearing problems but I have not had one person ask me to repeat things and I can be heard clearly. Whether I'm wearing a mask or not, people have no problems with hearing me. I was able to easily plug this into my work phone as there is a plug specifically for these types of headsets. Since using this for over a month now, I've been wondering why I haven't used one of these before. The best investment I could have purchased for my job.

I'm a band teacher using this for remote teaching with my students. Good sound quality for the price, and works well for that "classroom" setting. It does get a bit tight on me (big head?), but I purposely got one that I can reverse every hour or so, also to protect my hearing a bit more, so that alleviates some of the issue. My biggest surprise is that I can flip it just a bit out of my way and play the instruments--listening to my class recordings later, they still sound like the instrument should (except flute--I have to flip the boom mic up onto my head as the sound is too much, too close). We'll see about durability, but for the price, I'd buy it again, even if I had to replace every 3 months.

I purchased these on 11/2/2020 and do not have to use them very often, which is now a good thing because no one can hear me anymore. I hear everyone fine but they cannot hear me. Not sure what happened but they were treated very good. I am off to find another headset. Also, I would like to state that these were also very tight on the head and I do not have a big head. I would end up with a headache after 30 minutes of usage.

Bought this to up my game of working from home. I actually monitor the calls for my call center team and was curious how this would perform. Great call quality and excellent noise cancelling. Very comfortable and really nice that it can be reversed for whatever side of your head you want the ear piece on. Multiple cord adapters included, so that was a bonus. If you are looking for a quality head set that isn't too pricey, I'd certainly recommend that you give this one a try!

Great alternative to the more fancy headsets. Playback sounds crystal clear too, perfect for zoom meetings. My clients say they can hear a little bit of background noise, but significantly less than if i wasn't using this headset. Very pleased with this product.

Better than expected! the adjustable head set makes it really comfortable and the swivel ear piece only adds to the high-tech feel of this headset. the sound is and the sound quality is unmatched with anything in the same price range. the volume adjustment and the end call answer button are both located making them both easily accessible and comfortable to use. You can't go wrong with this purchase...

I bought this headset to help with working from home. I was struggling with typing on my computer and hearing my calls. Or worse, having to put them on speaker and my children being super loud in the background. This works great on my android phone. It plugs in easily. The headset is adjustable and rests nicely on my ear without putting too much pressure on it. At work I have used headsets that were too tight or caused ear pain. No such problem with this headset so far.PROS:1) Sound quality is nice and clear2) Answer your phone by pushing the answer button on the headset3) Comfortable4) Quality for a decent price.CONS:1) Nothing that I have found yet. I will update if something comes up.
