I absolutely love this ornament. It is such a perfect quality the customization came out absolutely perfect. Ordering was very fast and providing the correct information for the name spelling and custom mise station was easy and the names were laid out on the custom mise portion in the exact way that I wanted them to appear on the ornament. The quality of the actual ornament is very good and durable and came with no chips or breaks or cracks it was in excellent condition. I have always gone out to the mall to obtain a customized ornament like this and did not have the time or energy to do that this year so I was really taking a risk of ordering from off Line and especially from a seller with only one review but I am so so happy with how this ornament came out that I will from now on order exclusively from them I’d recommend it to all of my family

I was so excited about this ornament when I ordered it online. I was very disappointed that it arrived NOT AS PICTURED/ADVERTISED!! If you look at the two pics, you'll see the differences in the sweater decorations between the advertised version and the one that I was sent. I would return the ornament, but after reading other reviews about the company's poor customer service, I will not go through having to send the one I have back, and possibly be sent one that has more flaws in it than the one that I was sent. Very irritating to now have to go to a craft store and find the little balls to replace the little balls that were supposed to be inserted on the sweaters. Other than the sweater flaws, the ornament is adorable and well made.

This ornament is beautiful. It is very colorful and just the right size. I showed it to my children and they loved it. I would totally recommend this product. It would make a great gift or even just for your own personal tree. It is great!

Not only did I receive this beautiful ornament in a timely manner but it was perfect for my daughters family of 6 for Christmas.

While correctly personalized and overall just darling, the decorations on the ornament were incomplete and sloppy. As advertised, the balls on the first penguin’s shirt should have been painted in red (see 1st picture). It arrived with the balls unfinished (2nd picture). Also, on one set of holly leaves there are random black ink marks (3rd picture). None of that would have warranted a low rating IF the company had taken responsibility and corrected their errors. Instead, they tried to tell me the balls are supposed to be left unpainted (huh?? Even though I sent them the same pictures and the online advertisement still shows it painted red!), and that to get rid of the black ink marks, I should just rub the area with alcohol or a magic eraser. This response is not acceptable and demonstrates very poor customer service. This ornament was to be a gift. I will not order from The Ornament Elves again.
