You are lucky to get a year and a half use of it.On my third one now . all 3 were slightly different in size. had to make poles shorter as to not over stretch it.You have to patch quick , to stop the rips ( so save your old onesGorilla tape on the wear sections works great

Same issues with it fitting but using zip ties in one corner to overcome. It's stronger than the OEM canvas, but not waterproof like the OEM canvas. Used 3M scotchguard but water still wicks through where canvas touches metal frame. Honestly despite these hassles, I am happier with this canvas than the OEM mostly because it doesn't collect water and because it's strong.

A bit off in the length width, as they did no account for rubber end pieces on my frame, which I had to remove. Am concerned the w/o them the bare metal ends will wear thru the material.

So far so good. We get very strong winds here in Vegas- my OEM one was torn up after 2 years. This was a very tight fit. Would have liked to see the corners reinforced a bit more.

Very happy yo have shade in Texas! Fit great on our discontinued 12x10 gazebo, blocks alot of sun. I had one last year, and bought another because I need shade. After about a year of weathering outside, was ripped to shreds from sun, wind and storms. When putting it on for the first time, felt really sturdy. Hoping the second time around it lasts longer, do enjoy the look when its not worn out.
