Like all forms of this pasta except for the corkscrew shaped stuff. More al dente if cooked according to package instructions. We usually cook it for one minute longer than pkg suggests. Does not store and reheat well, so only make enough for one night. Best gluten-free pasta we have found. It is too pricey. Have never seen it for sale at Whole Foods (at least when you order grocery delivery (because of Covid).

This is in my opinion the best tasting gluten-free pasta! No gummy or gooey texture and the flavor is excellent.I recently discovered that a higher-end local Italian restaurant even uses it as their gf pasta of choice.It's maybe a little pricier than most, but definitely worth it.
