This book is FULL of incredibly valuable information that will aid in a COMPLETE transformation of not only your body inside and out, but your MINDSET and your relationship that you have with food. With every page I was quickly and efficiently informed with QUALITY information to make a lifestyle change with a program that will be EASILY sustainable for the LONG TERM!!! Absolutely amazing read! Kyle definitely knows his stuff!!!

Fantastic book
You must read this book if you are interested in true weight loss. Kyle just gets it and explains everything perfectly. I just started his diet and I’m seeing some signs of improvement already.

Life changing
The Panda Diet is completely life changing. The flexibility makes it sustainable. The fasting has built my mindset to the strongest its ever been and caused me to lose some body fat too. I love this unconventional approach to eating and nutrition! Highly recommend!!

Best non-diet book I've read
I say non-diet book because this is not a diet but a way of life. I've dabbled in fasting for about a year. Mostly the 16:8 protocol with a few 24 hour fasts. I'm a get to the nuts and bolts kind of reader and the author gets to the point pretty quickly. I want to know why it works, what the research shows and how to do it and i need to know this within a few hours of reading. I don't need cross references of research, tons of medical jargon i won't understand and repeated information. This book is an easy read, and I love the way the book is a big paperback but laid out so I can actually read it with really easy to follow spacing. Nobody and i mean Nobody does this anymore. It's broken up into small little paragraphs or small sentences. I can't say enough about how I like this writing style. To finialize my rating I just have to say I am shocked that this book isn't a best seller. I've had metabolic issues my entire life, gut problems and anxiety. This eating style has pretty much cured all of my issues. My gut would bloat a lot and keep me up at night so it also is helping me sleep better which is just as important as the fasting. I did my first 48 hour fast the night after I read the book and I did it with ease to my surprise. I'm now 3 months in and I can't tell you how much better I feel. Got the book from a friend buy ended up buying my own so I can re-read and share with others. Oh, and my Blood Pressure has dropped 10 points. Love that I am in control of my eating and life again.

This will change the way you think about food and traditional dieting
Kyle presents the information in an easy to read, easy to digest (pun intended) format. Easy to understand the science behind the approach.The most impactful points are that1. “food is a drug” which I could really relate to, and 2. that the impact of hormone levels is more important to weight loss (and the other benefits of fasting) than any dietary approach that stresses caloric balance or macronutrients.I’ve been following the Panda approach for just a couple of weeks so far and have been surprised how easy fasting is, even 48 hour fasts…. Never would have thought so.I have done the 48 hour fasts twice already and doing 20/4 other days with one cheat day per week.I already feel better, more energetic, and have lost 7 pounds.The book is well organized and makes it easy to understand, get on board, and get started right away.I have known Kyle for years and trust his integrity and commitment to helping people improve their lives. He has amassed a great deal of knowledge over the years both from studying the literature and personal experience. He is able to present it in a very concise, practical, easy to read format.My suggestion is to get the book, read it, try the plan and see how you can transform your well being.

Totall game changer and easy to flow
This is a very inspiring book, and eating plan that will work if you follow it. I personally have done many plans keto, carnivore, macro, and this one works the best. Kyle’s approach is simple yet effective. All you need to do is stick to it and you’ll look forward to cheat day and not feel guilty about it.

A must read for anyone looking to lose (and keep off) weight and/or improve overall health
This book provides an easy to follow blueprint for anyone looking to lose weight and/or improve overall health. Intermittent fasting is now a mainstream term that many people use, but few actually understand. Kyle is the worlds leading expert in fasting, and explains complicated concepts in ways that most can understand, down to the micro level. Through following his program, I have been able to reduce body fat, build muscle mass, and overall feel better physically and mentally on a daily basis. The connections Kyle makes between the mind and body are brilliant which is why most who start this program adopt it as a new way of life. I am thankful for the endless hours Kyle has spent to learn and share all about fasting through this book.

Awesome!!
Kyle did a great job with this book!! The fact that all the key concepts about intermittent fasting are explained with such a straight forward approach makes the book kind of a handbook and that is amazing!! I’ve read thousands of books about IF, but having something so clear and easy to understand is a great tool! I cannot wait for Kyle to publish a new book since I am sure it is going to be great as this one!
