Yes! I don't like wearing coats, so I wear one of these sweatshirts with a long sleeve T shirt underneath and a body warmer on top. Keeps me warm enough in all but the coldest weather!

I don't know if there is an actual size chart I am a 42" chest and ordered a large and it fits me perfectly hope this helps
