Clip On Reading Light, 25 Settings(5 Colour x 5 Brightness) Eye Protect Book Light, Bed Reading Light with Flexible Neck, USB Rechargeable Clip on Light,Touch Control Bed Lamp

I've had a few similar to this in the past, and I now have 2 of these. This model seems to have evolved into something which is v good value, esp on lightning deals ....On the plus side:> good brightness> controls work once you get used to them> multi-mode fixing (wall, clip, stand, plus other possibilities). These lights have little weight so in stand mode they are easy to knock over. The clip mode has reasonably wide jaws and reduced jutting out.> the extra on/off switch is good for travel. Without it, the light is likely to get turned on in a suitcase.> battery duration is good enough for me.To note:> in past iterations of this kind of light, the micro-usb socket did not hold up well. After a while it breaks up inside and will no longer charge without surgery. Time will tell but I suspect it is wise to treat the usb socket gently.> the stick pads on the inside of the jaw tend to slide out in warmer weather. They can be pushed back in place if you notice, or superglued ...All-in-all, a very useful light for almost anywhere. Hence, I seem to keep buying them on lightning deals. People also tend to ask me to gift them when I travel because they are also impressed ... :-)

Found it very good

Bought for my girls bed reading. Clips on a headboard well, easy to operate and to adjust brightness even for a little girl. Adjusts well and easily to any desired positions. I just think the battery could last a bit longer, we use it on a full brightness and it lasts couple of evenings (she doesn't read for hours!). We get 3 hours max on the brightest setting.

I bought this to attache above sink in the kitchen. It used to be dark when I washed the dishes, but now it's very bright and it's easier to wash the dishes.

I could accept a charging port that stops working but just over a month after purchase, it stopped charging. I attempted to return but was told it is non returnable...after a month??A one month warranty is no use to anybody, do yourself a favour and buy one with a decent warranty! The seller could not care...Th actual quality of light given off was quite good, the clip is too cumbersome and battery life is not long enough. Was reasonably happy until it stopped working so soon after buying it and found it non returnable!(Thankfully, Amazon were far more understanding and gave me a refund anyway)

Can be a bit clumsy at times, however is a great little light.Thank you.

Though this lamp is somewhat 'oversold' in the description in my opinion I was happy with Amazon's response to my concerns. I originally wanted to use it as a nightlight for visiting grandchildren but the 'warmest' setting is still rather white and I don't think a charge would last all night. However, I now use it as a bedside reading light and it works well (though needs charging more often than I would prefer). In summary: a good product but could be even better
