I got this bypass pruner to trim my dragon fruit plants. The stems are usually pretty thick with a hard center branch, so my regular hand pruner does not open wide enough for it, and my long shears have problem cutting through the hard center stick. This pruner was able to do both. It opens up quite wide and have strong branch cutting power. The bypass allows for clean cuts too, whereas anvil type leaves behind tears. This cutter is light weight and pretty easy to use. Overall the price is good and it came with a glove too.

Easy to use, medium size great for small branches 1inch diameter and less. Not too heavy.

These things are useless, they simply won't cut anything. The blades are dull and the whole tool is feeble. Past the return date, unfortunately.
