adidas OriginalsMen's Superstar Shoe

Unfortunately, I could tell before opening the box that either a shoe was missing, or something was wrong. Adidas shell toes are heavy. I owned many pairs of them growing up. These shoes were practically weightless. Additionally, I am POSITIVE of my sizing in shell toes, and these were a full size too small. Also could tell they were knock offs because there was some glue showing where the sole met the shoe itself. If you don't mind sacrificing authenticity, comfort, and longevity, a decent buy, although they are not sold at a discounted price.. But this version is not easy to come by (all black Superstar with gold detailing). And, should you choose to purchase anyway, size UP a whole size. Disappointed, sent them back.

My last 3 pairs of sneakers have been Nike Visi-Pro mid-tops. I liked them a lot, but they weren't ventilated well and could get hot to wear in hot weather. I had the Adidas Superstars years ago and loved them, but had moved on. I was just due for a change from the Nikes and decided to give the Superstars a go again.They're awesome! Comfortable in warm weather because they're low-top. The low top also makes them easy on and off. Love the looks - especially with the black leather and white stripes. First thing my millennial son-in-law said was "old school" and he liked them. Sizing is the same as my Nikes.In response to the reviews claiming they're fakes - they're not. They come in the official blue Adidas box with the 3 white stripes, complete with Adidas-branded packaging paper in the box, and the official "Originals" UPC tag on the box and attached to the shoes. The shoes themselves are perfect and have the correct tags and branding inside. Identical in every way to the Superstars I tried on for sizing in the nearby Adidas Factory store.The Adidas website is selling them for $85, so the $60 deal at Amazon (sold by Zappos) is more than a 25% discount. Sweet deal!

Decent price but you'll understand once you see them. I received about the same quality shoe that i could get at a WSS. Visible glue all over the place among other imperfections. Not really a complaint towards Adidas as much as Amazon. I ordered Continental 80s from Amazon as well and they came with the same set of problems. Very disappointed. Needless to say, for shoe enthusiasts such as myself, I'm sticking to buying from Adidas store or Foot Locker. To me this quality is unacceptable but maybe others wouldn't mind. If you love shoes STAY AWAY FROM AMAZON.

These are not authentic ADIDAS and amazon is charging $79.00 for them! These are FAKES!! They didn’t even come in an ADIDAS box!!!! They were just thrown in the amazon box! It’s disgusting! Come on Amazon give us the real ADIDAS!

Im pretty sure these are knock offs. I’ve been buying this style Adidas for awhile and these are different feeling. My older ones just fit better and looked better. I looked around the shoe to see if the newer ones matched, bc they are suppose to the same shoe. On the bottom of the sole my old pair has in small wording, adidas and the matching new pair does not. Also, the gold logo on the heel is black on the new pair. I haven’t tried to return them yet. DONT BUY THESE IF YOU WANT REAL ADIDAS!!!

as other reviewers have stated the sneakers are not Adidas they are fake as another reviewer stated the shoes should be heavy and they are not the soles are thin and adidas are not as i have stated these are FAKE..i have a pair of real Adidas and the quality and weight of these shoes is not comparable however, for $38.00 i will probably keep them!
