Works good just gotta be consistent
I've been drinking this for a few weeks now, I like the chocolate better than the vanilla personally, the vanilla is sweeter than the chocolate. This helps you gain weight and really helps with recovery time. I do recommend it for someone who wants to gain weight while going to the gym.

I go to the gym at least for times a week even not good food and the necesary times but my regular weight is 72k and with this the creatine collagen and supplements I was 75k
