My company provides much more expensive headsets and mine promptly broke as soon as i started working from home earlier in the year. I ordered this headset and it is awesome! High quality sound no problems with disconnecting or loosing audio. **Update! A year later of daily use and this STILL works great! No issues or complaints! Still amazing by the price and quality!!

These are exactly what I was looking for. They work perfectly with Microsoft Teams. I don't even have to use my landline anymore for work meetings. You will not be disappointed.

This headset is fairly light weight, has a narrow but padded head band, and is therefore comfortable. The microphone position is rotatable so that the headset can be worn with the mic on the left or the right side of the head. The sound in the the earphones is very good, and people whom I talk with online say that the sound from the headset is also very good. I can't rate the noise cancellation at this point because I am in a quiet environment. The headset connected to my computer as soon as I plugged it in the first time. The inline controller adjusts the volume well, there are buttons for muting the sound in the earphones and for muting the microphone There is an LED for each mute button showing when it is activated. This headset checks all the boxes and is a very good value at the price point.

Crackling sometimes. Cord is shorter than expected, but love that they disconnect from the volume controls. Microphone is awkward. Short range of motion. Other than that they work well.

Thanks to COVID, I'm telecommuting a lot more and am in a lot of meetings via Microsoft Teams and Skype. My old headphones was still working but the sound quality in the headphones was not very good and the level of background noise that got picked up by the microphone was just too much.This set of headphones has a lot of features I like including: - Immediately recognized by Windows 10 as soon as I plugged in the USB-A type connector - Works with both Microsoft Teams and Zoom with no issues - Headphones do a good job of keeping out outside noise and letting you hear meetings. - Ear pads are comfortable and easy to wear for a few hours at a time. - Noise canceling microphone is good at canceling out background noise. - Microphone length works well for me - 7' cord is long enough for most movement I need to do around my desk. - Remote built in to the allows to easily mute the microphone, answer/end the call and change the volume.

Made working from home easier with a 6 mmj gh old and a 4 year old and endless zoom meetings.I think there’s probably better options for the price range, but this gets the job done. Shame it doesn’t have an adapter or port. USB only can be annoying.

Sound is really low, I thought it would be good because of the price but it is not.

This is my first experience with a USB headset and the item works well. The headset is adjustable for comfort and the volume control is easily accessible on this one. This headset on it’s on is lightweight and comfortable.

Excellent product and exactly as described on Amazon. I purchased this headset for work because I’m constantly on the phone with users or in meetings through MS Teams. The headset is comfortable and very easy to use.

I do not recommend these at all. I'd read the reviews saying that they would emit a sound when you fiddle with the cords. What I didn't realize is that a) all you had to do was graze the cord for it to emit the sound and b) the sound was a high pitched squeal. Good thing I never used them for work like I'd intended because, as is, they didn't last 3 months.

Works as advertised. Did not use for gaming so no rating for that. online meetings only.

Very comfortable for long periods of time. Blocks outside sounds well (not a noise cancelling system but does limit outside) would recommend
